try caffeys or erikas wholesale. I havent been there in a while, but they do sell wholesale. Or go to traders village and buy from vendors there. there is always facebook marketplace, but thats a big risk too. everyone picks through them.

In this truckload it seems it was all returns. Depends who you buy from, but there is definitely such this as overstock. Check out my video where i buy a pallet of bicycle parts and accessories. It was all new with tags overstock. Maybe when it comes to home depot, they liquidate returns, but other stores separate overstock from return.

I would be cautious. If they are new it's ok, but used or parts only is bad.

There are tons of liquidators in Georgia, specifically atlanta. Ive never been there, but do a google search for wholesale liquidation in your area.
