That way if someone just needs one swapped and the tyre match they just demount old off rim and pop new on
If that’s a hotel chain you need to put the name out there so they can send you a big check or a big voucher to where you can get free hotel stays

Tires: 1 out of the 3 has value. If there is a convenient used tire store I would drop all 3 off on the way home and take whatever they give you.
People who get a flat tire are happy to get a low priced replacement and a new tire is a bonus.
225-40R18XL Bridgestone Driveguard lists for $200-$240. The 175-65R14 Douglas only lists for about $50. The Douglas 215-65R16 only lists for about $68.

Noooot really. Putting one new tire on a car with 3 bad ones will burn up your differential and throw off your alignment. Most people by two or 4 at a time. One is only a temporary fix
In the UK we put single tires on all the time no issues.

In May our friend Patty was driving into a Valero station to get gas. She drove up,the driveway and a screw puntured her tire. 2 nice guys put the spare on and she was able to drive her van.

Mazda is the largest independent car company, and it' run by people who love driving so always pick one if you're looking for a fun rental.
Regarding those tires, if those are common sizes and the price is right then they will sell fast.

i'd love to live near your warehouse - the way you do things is how it should be done (imho) - aim to double up on the pallet and turn it around quick. customers know they can pick up a bargain or two because there is still value in your pricing and people are keen to come back because there is always new and interesting stock. good luck, mate!

The pallets make a profit. The hotel does not. Same reason why most of my wardrobe is thrifted. A penny saved is 1.3 pennies earned!

Hit up used or independent tire shops. I did a clean out of an old dealership and that's how I hot rid of 80% of the tires. They kept marginal used tires for used cars.
I was just watch Matt, the Part Time Picker, buying one tire for his somewhat older car. There are tire places that cater to this sort of customer, and I'm sure a place like that would take the tires if you gave them a good price.

About 2007 we were going to the Denver Mart and I went on a few websites to find a cheap room for a few days. Found an Express something about 30 mins from the Denver Mart. It resembled your room, but for 26 per night, we were okay. We own a timeshare week after Thanksgiving at Lake Tahoe. We've been going for 35 years and it also slightly resembles the rooms with the bad caulking, baseboards, stained ceilings, scratched and chipped doors-all downstairs. The upper floor is very nice with new furniture, flooring, and new countertops in the kitchen area. It's up to about $550 per week (maintenance fee) which is so cheap for that area. It used to be 3 1/2 hours away when we lived in the SF Bay Area, but we moved 45 mins away in Virginia CIty, NV.
I can't believe home depot takes tools that are so heavily used and returns the money. CRAZY BUSINESS!

Those Ryobi electric power washers are real trick and save using gas. I used to get the refurbished $20-40 but now are $120+. Very few deals on Ryobi or any electric/battery power tools anymore.
-If you never tried an electric power washer try one. =Starts/stops with the pull of the trigger and the Ryobi has a pretty sizeable pump and electric motor = just as good as gas. =You will prefer the electric power washer over your gas one for most uses.
I’ve got a worx battery powered pressure washer and I love it!

Allot Air compressors are returned because idiots don't understand they need 220 to run so when they wire them with a 110 plug it melts the throw pulls in the contacts. easy fix, got one like this myself.
I have bought just one tire a couple of times when a sidewall was damaged and the other three were still good.
local used tire shop would buy the mismatch tires.

If this was anywhere close to Indianapolis Indiana Memorial Day weekend is race weekend that might be why such a rundown was that much
On your tires they are very expensive so i would take them to a tire shop or a used tire shop . you get more for them . I like what your doing . it looks like fun ti do different palettes.
I think the Midwest has a shit ton of pallet liquidators. Indiana alone has 4 major warehouses alone. Not a southern business by any stretch

If you book the rental vehicle and Enterprise has them all booked, they'll step you up a price point (sometimes two) for the same price.
So always reserve car or truck one level down from the one you'd prefer to have.

When I contracting I did a job that was 4 hrs away and was only working Fri noon to Sunday night until job done. In contract owner got myself and 2 crew guys gas, food and place to stay. 1st weekend went in room there were visible roaches in the room. Went to front desk to complain, the front without hesitating grabbed a big can of raid and said killem. Needless to say entire crew sleep in thier cars, next weekend got much nicer place. So they can get much worst than that room...lol
eBay the tires! I buy single tires all the time on eBay for my vehicle salvage business. I'll get a vehicle with three good tires but one is blown and I'll go on eBay and buy the fourth to make a complete set.
I had one blow out on my Lincoln, so I went on ebay to find an exact match with similar wear. I wanted matching tires.

Tires: actually folks on a budget will by a single tire to replace one the same size, after a blowout or to have a full size spare if their newly purchased used car arrives with no spare. Just offer them at a good price!

How can you have bought a 100% identical Milwaukee pallet as another tuber for the exact same price. Its obviously carefully put together for mugs like you. Not a bargain, not a collection of returned good but a package put together for half that price by a pro.

People WILL BUY 1 TIRE. Sometimes one is all you need or to replace the spare instead of the “donut spare”.
I’m sure people will do it, but in a lot of vehicles, it’s not a good idea to replace just one tire. Tread depth needs to match or it can damage the vehicle.

How much do you expect to net when you spent 16k on a truckload? How many hours would you estimate will it take to sort, list and sell the items?
I expect to make around $10-15k profit, we should have it it all processed in about a week or two, but we’re processing other loads at the same time.
