Love how excited you are about the more detail-ish stuff like the memory card holder and the tricharge!! Might seem like a tiny details, but they make up a way more efficient workflow which is essential :)
I used to be the same when it came down to Primes but now I work with a 28-70 and the 70-200. I still keep a 16mm prime on me if I need something wider. I need to find a bag myself so I will check out the link below. Wish the filter wasn't so pricey(I know, invest in yourself. ha) , a VND would be sooooo nice.
Hi Teppo, I have the same camera and lens setup with the VND Polar Pro Mist Edition Version II 82mm filter. Have you experienced any blurriness in your videos or photos when using the Variable Neutral Density (VND) filter on the 70-200mm lens? I'm using a step-up ring for the VND filter on my 70-200mm lens. Thank you
Really interesting video! I’m new to Sony and deciding on a travel tele zoom too. If you get to choose all over again, would you still go with a 70-200/2.8 GM2 over the smaller and lighter 70-200/4 G2?
I'm not Teppo, but I went for the F4 because of its macro capabilities. Since there is virtually no focus breathing, this has become the best macro lens for Sony on the market for product videos. I tried out the 90mm macro before and while the image quality was superb, it was also very limiting because manual focus was a necessity due to it's very strong focus breathing. With the 70-200 I can pin the focus on the object I want to film and change the distance from that object or the angle without it getting out of focus. It's wonderful!
It's wonderful! Not a true macro (2:1 vs 1:1 on the 90mm), but it's close enough and you can get 1:1 with Sony's teleconverters (400-600€) or cheap macro extension tubes (20-30€, I recommend Meike which create a stable connection between camera and lens).
i just got this last week.. its nice. i put everything i need. its weights like 25lbs. is that the average weight people travel with their camera gear?
@@TeppoHaapoja cool, thanks for info. I just hope it does not break my back from carrying it for my Asian trip. I even fitted a rsc-2 in the gimbal slot.
Hopefully we get a video dedicated to the x100v photos/videos from this trip . Also last time I checked your subscribers you were on 60 something thousand , insane you’re on 100k 🎉🎉🎉 congrats

kay, I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the kislux book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations
you’re literally my comfort person i love you kislux !

The OneMo is great but very bulky in my opinion. Not the best for travel use 🤔
My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
Congrats on 100k! Looking forward to seeing what you're up to in Bali

So if you want good POV shots, I have heard that those Ray-Ban Meta glasses are really good. I haven’t personally tried them, but I hear good things.
I feel like the quality still isnt there!
Love the shots of Gunnar in between :D
