    Never done Jiu jitsu, done some judo when I was younger and currently do boxing, any tips for starting, I’m also a relatively stiff person

      Interested in if you started jiu jitsu?
      And how you find it?
      My tips would try to eliminate the stiffness.. work on mobility and stretching then work on basics... Shrimping, hip escapes bridges etc it will make for a good start 👍
