- This wonderful background music was composed by Shiro Sagisu and used in the anime Kimagure Orange Road. You can find it in the album called Singing Heart - Sweet Memories.
This particular one is Madoka's theme, performed by herself on the sax. Enjoy! ;)
My reason for started playing saxophone.
my reason too... since 1996
same here.
Hey brother how is it going ? I think I will pick one up too soon ..can't do it now since I'm financially bind.
Best OST for best anime from 80's.
So that's why I like jazz. It started here long ago....
Finally I found it, this music should be played in 5 star restaurants cuz its gives me that kind of vibe to this music
Trivia: This song was rebuilt by SAGISU as "Magic Touch_orchestral suite" in "Shiro's Songbook 'Xpressions'".
no wonder i feel lonely and bitter sad
THIS is why I'm a fan of jazz music. :)
I'll give you all I've got
to give for just one tender kiss
So that you know I'm serious
about being with you
Don't underestimate the way,
a single kiss can say
More than any words could ever say
about being with you
So, let me show you the way.
Just relax your mind, and I'll make
you know there's no other place
that you'd rather be...
A moment like this happens not much
Let my magic touch
convince you that love is here
and here to stay; so, just close your eyes...
beautiful.
..... now if i only had the courage to try 1 more time, saying something like this to her
All Sax in the Anime was played by Toki Hidefumi, Japanese Jazz Sax player

KOR has the best songs in the era of City Pop
Did anyone else realize that you can hear another take of the same song during the blanks at the beginning? Drove me nuts at the time already (it was on the CD).
Pump the volume really loud, and you can hear it.

Where can I find a tutorial for this music ?
I’m trying to learn the saxophone and I want to eventually learn this piece. Does anyone know where to find a music sheet of this piece?
Did you find it?
@@doradorido I did not find it
Its best if you transcribe it yourself for all the inflections and scoops the player does but this guy's transcription is close th-cam.com/video/JhL0Uq8JG0g/w-d-xo.html
where I can find the score of this song for sax?
I don't think the score of this could be online. The easiest way would be finding it by ear.
Someone has the sheet for Alto Sax??? I'm desperate, no way to find it....
I desperately searching for the score of this piece....

Sounds like Moonjam - sarai
Which mouthpieces/ horns can make the sound like this?
alto saxophone
Esta cancion es mucbo mebor por millas que la version principal de dolphin X, es una mezcla de elegancia con nostalgía tal como lo represe ta en el anime
I just had this song show up in my Pandora feed that sounds incredibly close to Madoka's Theme. th-cam.com/video/XgChArdg2Xc/w-d-xo.html Did this song already exist prior to KOR or is this likely a copycat/remake version?
woah that is awfully similar
Comes from Europa by Santana that came out in 1976. So yeah KOR made it a remake version for Saxophone
Oof
