Have the exact tank. Take two harbor freight moving dollies side by side and a scrap piece of plywood and nail them together. Put the tank on top. Then ratchet strap the tank to the dollies. That creates a nice rolling fuel dollie if you have a shop with a floor. Plus BIG benefit you get a bottom “catch” for your forks and minimize stability issues when carrying it on the forks..

How do you think it would hold up on the back of a truck bed? I like this tank
Like permanently? Not good. It would be real "slidey aroundy" To and from the fuel station is all it's good for in a truck.
How messy is it when you have to change that filter? Being horizontal, it is probably not as efficient.
I'd poke a hole it it before I changed it to drain it before spinning and filters work in any direction so that's not an issue.
