This video shows the location of the fuel pump relay for a second generation Nissan Altima. This is specifically for the model years of 1998 1999 2000 2001 (98 99 00 01).

Thanks again. I was successfully access the relay. I need to remove 2 big screws holding the relay panel and take off the panel in order to unplug the fuel pump relay. This is a 1999 Nissan Altima. BTW, the other 3 blue relays are ACC, IGN, and BLOWER. ACC = accessory, controls the windows. Don't know about IGN, but not ignition for sure.

Yes thanks I collect cars and I like and have had 73 240z an 84 300zx and by chance I have a 1999 Nissan Maximus and o have come to love it....I just went thru alternator issues...got that remedy d and I was charging the battery with my 2a 10a 50a start charger and I crossed the charger wire for may 60 second s before I caught and o think I burnt that relay because it started once left over gas...then nothing and today I did gas 2 gallon s just to check gas in tank and it fired up twice and ran the second time at 1500 and then went off and now acts like no fuel pressure again...thanks...the car has been awsum for some one who like s BMW u can't beat the Nissan I'm no fan of front drive that's my major complaint...thanks nice video well done...good camera work
I couldn't get the fuel pump relay unclipped the way you showed. I had to pop out the black panel (that contains the mirror adjuster) by reaching behind it and pushing it out. Then I could put a screwdriver through the hole and unclip the fuel relay. IIRC, the relays are labelled.
