  • Urban Bass fishing at it’s best in the Bass fishing capital! Orlando and the rest of Central Florida is known for it's great Largemouth Bass fishing. In this video, we're doing some urban Bass fishing near downtown Orlando on Lake Underhill. It's a 140 + acre lake / pond that has a 10 land highway running smack over the middle of it. It's managed as a trophy Bass lake as one of Orlando's Fab 5 lakes. Here's the link: myfwc.com/conse...
    Please like, share, comment, and subscribe! I've been a full-time bass fishing guide & tournament angler for nearly 20 years. I'm on the water over 300 days a year. I've fished all over the country, and fished with anglers from all over the world. Let me know what you think of my vids, and feel free to give me some ideas for future content. - Chuck Pippin Jr.

    10lb or 2lb catching is still fun. Some days you just need that relaxing lazy day of live bait.

    I love shiner fishing and shiner fishing videos. All of your videos are very informative, and I started taking notes.

    We will be in Orlando end of May for 4 days. Do you have any pointers for someone that will be in a kayak using lures?

    hey Chuck, we have messaged a couple times. I'm fishing a tournament on Lake Kissimmee pretty soon and dont have any time on it. hoping you can give me a couple tips or areas to try. planning on a prefish trip this weekend and any advice would greatly appreciated. i have fished toho and feel pretty comfortable, but under the locks I have no clue. all these lakes look so fishy and its took me a long time to somewhat figure out Toho.

    Those sure look like some monster shiners, where do you get them at?

    • @ChuckPippinBassFishing
      @ChuckPippinBassFishing  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rock Nemo Those Shiners came from Big Toho Marina. I also get them from Get Hooked Bait & Tackle in Ocoee

      Ok thanks, I don't use shiners but was impressed with the size of the ones you where using. That was an interesting video as I have never heard of Lake Underhill, definitely city jungle fishing, does that lake get much boat pressure? Also I never see you use crankbaits, they work good in those deep vegetated lakes you fish.

      Rock Nemo It doesn’t get very much pressure. I use crank baits sometimes, but as a guide I have to concentrate on techniques/lures/Bait that my customers are able to catch them on.

    Went there last wkend and didnt catch anything . Any suggestions so use here.? . I used green/red craw trailer with bladed jig Tried texas rigged worm and a couple other things nothing worked. Any suggestions of baits to use for a future visit there?

      Joseph Vazquez If you were fishing from the bank, that can be a tough lake. I usually catch them out in the deeper hydrilla in 12’ - 18’ of water. Weightless senkos & flukes are usually good there. The water is pretty clear, which can make it difficult to catch them on many of the rattling & vibrating type baits.

      Joseph Vazquez I almost always use watermelon/red. That’s my go to color

    Don't eat the fish from that lake. Fished there as a kid in the 60s and 70s
