    Feminine Fire monthly subscription is so Wonderful! Just what I needed to get my body back into shape and my brain going after an illness and surgery.     I've been doing this every morning the last week and I had no idea my hips were so locked up. Those figure 8's really open things up.

      I decided to make a goal to do this video every morning for a month and I've loved it. I'm a week away from my goal and I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it.
      It gets things moving but doesn't exhaust me before work or trigger my exercise induced asthma.
      Doing this also gave me the confidence I needed to go to in person classes - though I plan to still do videos haha
