Hey i have a question i have dahua xvr and support 8 channel i have only 5 cameras when i look at the screen i have the symbol of green video recording which means it's recording continuously but i have the symbol even in the channels that hasn't any camera my question does it use the hard disk storage even if there is no camera considering there is the green video symbol like you have in your video here

Good day can i ask how to fix no video display just like on your screen in channel 2. all connected but still no display.
You can try to change it with the channel that is on
Does it have to be dahua camera? I have 4 non-dahua camera. And MD doesn't work on all of them.

Yes, I have done that. I am also not using Dahua cameras, the DRV I am using is the Dahua 8 channel DVR/XVR.

How do you set this up in conjunction with Dahua Phone app to receive push notification on detection of movement/intruder?
Make sure you already enable alarm notification on your app, and set your linkage Action for motion detection with notification to the app
