My opinion on Wooseok. He doesn’t tell his sob stories or even tries to gain sympathy. He could easily share his setback (scandal) in 2016 which caused him to go on a long hiatus. But he didn’t. He came to Produce X 101, shared his debut story in the beginning and let his talent speak for itself for the rest of the show. Even the lack of screentime, he managed to capture the viewers’ attention and support him. Including myself. Mnet likes to blow things out of proportion (as expected) but don’t let it fool you. It’s unfair to judge a person based on a few bad notes or a few missed dance steps during practice. For the record, Wooseok delivered in the end but Mnet refused to acknowledge his redemption. But we see you, Kim Wooseok. WE SEE YOU. Fighting!
