Rajamouli biggest dream is to do Mahabharata. Now Russo brothers and the Production house wanted to do a film with rajamouli, then budget constraint of which he wanted like 1000cr is looks easy and he can go upto 2000cr which would be biggest spectacle one could watch on Screen and VFX will be greatest of all time. Mahabharata will be Epic in Cinematic Universe all over the world. Then indian History and Indian Cinema would be on Top of The Mountain.
He is doing it slowly, all these films builds to Mahabharat,
All started with Magadheera, then Makkhi, Bahubali series and now RRR, he is slowly gaining more experience with increase in Budget, RRR is best when it comes in technical points and Screenplay...

As a telugu guy i can say our tollywood actors are blessed to play his characters. He will say all good things about other actors when he goes to other industries for promotion. But his motherly feeling and his sheer responsibility kinda feeling to bring glory to telugu states is inside.he made it clear during pushpa function by praising aa for bringing credit to 2 states. No surprise his next film is with mahesh. RRR records with highest numbers in 2 states would have given him more confidenc.that no need to take other lang actors even if he did "who knows" they might get small roles

It’s too hard for anyone to digest the success of RRR. Rajamouli’s conviction makes his movies epic - he doesn’t shy away to be WOKE or boringly realistic. Probably he's one of the very few filmmakers who cherishes and explores Cinematic liberties as to tell his stories. 🔥 🌊

Very well stated and called out by Mr. Rajamouli. Netflix should've brought and promoted Telugu (Original) with Hindi. It is very sad thing that global audience couldn't enjoy the songs and movie in its orginal language. The orginal lanuage feels much more better.
