Because The film production creating a movie with lot of scenes(conflicts) with money which might be the important scene in the movie like interval scene or whatever. So now we all know he's jumping from the bridge, so while watching movie whenever he is near or on the bridge we expect him to jump any moment so this spoiled the surprise factor of that scene, what if in movie THERI bridge jumping scene was leaked, That was the huge goosebumps provoking scene, So here this leaked shot may or might not be that important but still it is against the law and already spoiled the movie by certain way. If the person secretly recorded he might release it once the movie is released and hence recording is against it. if you dare go to some shooting spot and record and leak it it in your profile, say it belongs to you and wait for it. they'll definitely sue you and you'll lose the case.
