Ophelia from the Triangle to the North Carolina coast, as storm churns north

Impacts from Ophelia will be felt through most of the day in the Triangle and at the coast. The center of Ophelia made landfall along the North Carolina coast around 6 a.m. just west of Cape Lookout near Emerald Isle.
