    You may want to clarify the private property laws...according to FAA you can fly OVER private property but you cannot use the CONTROLS while ON private property without written or digital consent.

    County parks likecSugarhouse park,flying over county offices to peer in windows or survey workers while they are working, is this illegal?

    So Im clearly late to the part here but I thought "State and local governments are not permitted to regulate any type of aircraft operations, such as flight paths or altitudes, or the navigable airspace...." Thats from FAA dot gov. Im visiting Utah and Im definitely likely to fly over private property.

    Sorry... most of us would click this title to find out "WHERE CAN I FLY IN UTAH". Like.. "you can fly at this park, or on this preserve... you can't fly here... but you can fly off hwy 12..." v REAL helpful information. What you just gave us we can find with a couple of clicks and most of us know these rules.
