I don't get it... what notes? Don't get me wrong this is a cool mod albeit an obvious one that everyone is already doing on their own but it also took away some articulation, though this fig already lacks good articulation in a lot of departments.
Did something similar on mine on my figure page, but added an back elastic strap to the top and glued it flush to the black shoulder cap, so that it doesn’t hinder any articulation and moves with the arm movement as well
@@D.A.I.K.I. that sounds like a great technique. I was hesitant to glue anything to the black shoulder cap because I feel like I want to switch back and forth from a shoulder pad look to the look without them
The suit should have been the most perfect comic Accurate suit if he keep the Shoulder pads don't get me wrong the suit was great but it could have been perfect I'm still glad we finally got the yellow and blue suit instead of "black leather" again
For the boots, I recommend heating and popping the boots off, trim away as much plastic as you see fit, then some screws, glue them in, hollow the boots out, fill them with hot glue, then drill a hole about as wide or slightly less wide as the screws, and then place them in. I don’t know how well I’m describing this process, but I hope you can get the general idea. This’ll not only fix the disproportional legs, but give you boot rotation.
Oh man I have so many ideas for this figure, you are definitely on the right track, I just want to find a better shoulder option to continue the stability and range, not the shoulder pad what I would do is glue the pad to a extra shoulder piece from a BSSW that has the ring that goes around the peg shaft, that way it moves completely with the arm, similar to how the X-Men 97 Wolverine, but why stop there I have more plans once I find one to give him ankle swivel, and better torso proportions, it will be a completely new figure once I get this new figure lol, keep these videos coming your the only one posting so far so thank you!!!
I honestly really want that, I saw someone made it from a gi joe figure but I don’t know if it’s possible to swap the legs from wolverine to the gi joe figure to get a proper look
@@ScottsStuff14 I’m waiting to for this to be more available before I try anything, I already need a better painted masked head since the beard is off centered on mine
If you have the comic Wolverine figures, you see the shoulder pads have legs that plug into the front and back of the shoulder ball. Maybe you can add pegs of some kind to the ends of this Wolverine’s shoulder pads, drill holes in both the shoulders of the bare arms and sleeved arms (likewise trim away the block on the sleeve arms’s shoulders to make room), and then you’ll be able to swap them easier.
Really looks great! But I’m not good at tinkering… I’ll have to settle for the yellow suit as is. If I break and ruin mine (when it shows up in December). But by then, they’ll have a sleeveless version lol.
@@GenesGems thank you! It’s a great figure straight out of the box so you will enjoy it when it comes in and then we all will patiently wait for the inevitable official sleeveless version

@@rajsharma2283 they are very flimsy and rubbery, but it’s not like a hard brittle plastic that would chip. You just have to careful and take your time separating them from the peg they’re glued to.
