Nice choppy session, nice roosters and we got to see the difference between a mono and a cat today 👍 ..sucks about the servo fried, maybe over voltage?🤔 BG4L🚤💨
Hope that servo’s not cooked wtf cutting us shot lol Good boats for lil wind & choppy water couldnt tell by the boats though🤷♂️ya, pretty shure everyone wants 1 of those remots lol sorry you got cut short👍
BIG B My NEW 48 Super Sonic takes on a lot of water. I did a tank test and found out the LEDS are letting water in. I removed the LENS covers and sealed them with plumbers caulk. No more leaks. Big B does your LEDS lights leak? Please let me know. Thank you Sir.
The BJ42 handle the chop like a boss!!! Like to know what happened to that servo, that kind of thing can be so frustrating. Unfortunately not all hobby grade products are created equal, that is to say, the same servo model from the same manufacturer can be poorly made one from the other even if it’s a name brand. In the hobby grade category-quality control is sometimes lacking 🤬. However BGFL 😁
No 40k B, if it were, it would have been a lot faster... But i like to see that big ass boat see go faster. Seen enough slow boating with it and saves buying and trying other props, probably cheaper too...😂 Luckily the servo cut close to shore... It was a waterproof version right..?
@@IRONCLADRC i assume you'll take a look inside. Curious what caused it to burn out. Probably to do with the brakisch water, ceased baring or corrosion on contacts or something like that...
80% Spektrum Servo Suck ! I got 3 of these Boats V2,Tug,Swift All New .The Tug Boat Stalled out in Shark infested Waters Miami Beach. The Swift Boat Rescue it .The V2 had Servo issues running DX3 Transmitter had cut the run time .I pulled the Servo out Recalibrated it along with the End Points on the DX3 heading out today for round 2 .Not sure about the Super Sonic or BlackJack 42 .Any suggestions on them 2 which do you prefer best of those 2 ? Also i was disappointed after reading the manual that Pro Boat dosent recommend running in Saltwater. I fill the Tub up after every run flush the Saltwater out blow out the water lines than grease the boats .
Kinda sucks that the servo is about a year old with about 25-30 packs run thru it? This is the hobby we're in, nothing last forever! cheap-expensive it all ends up in the same place......... The land field
Nice to see both of the big boats out in choppy water especially the BJ42. I will agree with another commenter about the rpm of the motor not being 40k, I’m sure you know more about it than myself but in order to get the correct rpm readings the number of “poles” the motor has needs to be set. 🤔 950kv motor with a max of 33.6 volts is only 31,920 rpm. 😊
I haven't gotten that far into the setup of the IXSR, barely got my models setup, but we're gonna work on setting up telemetry in a video here shortly.
Man, they both look amazing in rough water!
We HAVE to get these 48s side by side! SOON!💯🔥💧🔥💧🔥💧🔥💧🔥💧🔥💧

Yes B was waiting for this one, the 48 is back 👍
Lookin good B! Can't wait for rje motor and speedo upgrade on that Supersonic, make that thing fly lol
bummer about the servo. hopefully it's a cheap fix. i like these big boat. they just seem to be more fun. have fun.

Yes, mine leaked too, I basically did the same ting, used some sealant to seal them up I had to do the stuffing tube thruhull too. BG4L
@@IRONCLADRC Thank you .
Big B I'm trying figure out which one i want the Blackjack 42 or the SonicWake 48. What's your opinion on the most enjoyable boat of the 2?
My favorite by far would be the blackjack 42!
The BJ42 handle the chop like a boss!!!

Lol, 40,000rpm and 105mph, the telemetry is definitely not on point, lol. The power HD servo is waterproof yes sir

Salt water is the worst for anything rc trust me! If your having issues and you run in salt water, more than likely the salt water
Nice servo to be dead! Disassemble it in a Vid

I don’t like the way that 48 sounds needs a motor upgrade higher, RPMs in my opinion

and loaded knock about another 6k rpm off that 31,920 so like 25,920 actual rpm
