With as little rain as you get you don't need but 2-3 percent grade to either side. You'll also appreciate that when it snows and freezes. Don't want to slide off a frozen road when the wind blows hard.

Glad to see that you are building a home. LegArms also. One thought I had was if you planned on having spray foam insulation. We did that 20 years ago when we built our home and never regretted the extra cost. Really cuts down on drafts and with the wind you get, perhaps it might be beneficial. God is always good, despite any setbacks. Greater things are coming.

In Florida we leave that much grass on the deck it rust out in 2 years from our wonderful humidity. I always use a pick to remove a bearing seal and add grease to new bearings as they have very little from the factory and then reinstall seal. I also do it on Idylers new and used ones as it greatly increases life.

I rarely comment. Love your videos. In 2 years haven't missed any.
Everyone watching knows 3 things about your working family. the old man has
    1) a son who is a master class welder, who can weld/fabricate almost anything, in a clear concise interesting way, and at a snap of the fingers can do anything else on the farm and keeps doing on new projects to prove it.
    2) a son who is a fantastic welder/fabricator and does it well like his brother, So far tho we all know the other bro is a better at that. He also does more takes smarts/ engineering outside very great
    3) and you, the old man. you help/assist your boys a big lot. Because you are not as good of a welder/fabricator as your sons. But you can do that with ease on smaller/medium jobs. and you also are a master at clearly explaining and showing how/why your projects get done.
In conclusion: wow, you guys are running a farming welding and fabrication construction University Knowledge Class online for free. wow

Thanks for another great video Nick. Most interesting and always enjoyable.
First of all. You ended the video with rain 🌧 coming down!!!! Just great. Hopefully was enough to count on your moisture needs. Ya!!!!
Bob. You lawn repair skills are a cut above most of us. Just saying. A little pun. Following in your shoes.
Good job on maintaining the lawn mower for this summer. Is most certainly a high use piece of equipment.
All the things you did will put it going good for the summer.
Those bearings do a lot of spinning.
Excellent service job Bob on the mower. Must certainly a “”cut above””.
Nick your road is coming along good. Takes a lot to grade a road and get the crown right and all that. Did not realize how far your new homes are away from the current farmstead. Your new road is long, believe you said a mile or something like that. Will be nice to have your new homes built and living in them.
Weld that lever back on your grader. You are stronger than you think/ha!!!
About it I guess. You all take care and be safe.
Looking forward to the next video.
