I would recommend soaking the clutch plates in gear oil for about a day before running it, if you put oil in the gearbox and just let it sit and rotate it a couple times once in a while that’s ok too, very nice video 👍 enjoying the build
As someone who is rebuilding a banshee from the frame up, working a full time engineer job, helping my parents, and taking care of a home...you gotta understand these things take up a lot of time. I think he’s moving along fast, I’m struggling to keep up with him!!
Haha, thank you for the love guys; yes it can be really time consuming; gotta remember it takes me about 3x the normal time to complete a job because of the filming and editing. I'm gonna bust my ass harder though to get this thing running for you guys though 🤘
You have major talent bro! Amazing work, Ive been fully restoring my 1986 TRX250R turning into a restomod since about the same time you started yours and i Know all of the time and money it takes! Keep up the good work! Really appreciate the videos, they have helped me out alot with my build!
Man I dont know how more people dont hit the Thumbs up!!??? Mike puts alot into the Quality and takes tons of time to show us how he does his Top Natch work...Takes 1sec to hit the like button for Vids we fallow....I think its more hatin and jealousy because 1sec isn't even laziness! I swear 60% of people are shitbags on the net
Just got done last night binging all of the 250r videos.. annnnd he releases this and im rewatching it again lol. Can't wait to see this thing complete.
Good job heating the case in oven but another tip is freeze the bearings over night and heat the cases like you did and the bearings drop right in. I learned this from a old head
@@MichaelSabo My phone does the job too, but I don't have enough light in the shop yet to get your clean footage. Are you using only the light from the ceiling or something to complement? Thanks
@@MichaelSabo Not surprised to hear that. You are a man of many different talents. Still curious to see if you can someday take on an engine swap project like the ones those polish guys do. They struggle with the coast of building coz they get their parts shipped from the States. They don't usually show the whole project step by step just a time lapse. You would make a lot of backyard builder's life easier. JUST A THOUGHT CHEERS MATE ! YOU ROCK!!!

Dude your gonna have to do a hybrid build or something top yourself keep going your doing great
Thank you Jake!
A hybrid build would be sick; maybe I will do that in the future!
Start those engines at the end these would be much funner to watch
Everybody is talking about the build, but can we appreciate all the editing and time put into the process in making the video look this good?
Wow man, thank you for acknowledging that; I've been focusing on the quality of my editing!
You got to appreciate the time and effort that goes along with these builds keep up the good work 👍🏼

Thumbs up to your standards and transparency.
Really happy for you
Thank you bro! 🤘
Last night I bought a blaster for 2500 and it’s absolutely mint. I know you did the fix on the one a while back but definantly should be next build
Man idk if 2500$ for a blaster is worth it even if it is mint
I may do a Blaster in the future; that must be one crispy machine for 2500!

Amazing to see it for the first time when you do this! Thanks for watching!
Wow, amazing job! It's almost done, unfortunately it's still not gonna be able to touch that banshee!

At 16:35 is that a built-in turbocharger? Supercharger? Or is that something else?
That's the water pump
JOÃO RAMOS CORREIA lol my bad
this thing is going to be sick any idea of anyone who has cases or makes them i cant find any anywere
Thank you Mason; ESR makes cases and Mod Quad is making billet cases; I think you have to call them.
Will you do a Suzuki LT-R/LT-Z 400 or Kawasaki KFX 450R quad down the road?
Anything is a possibility man! I love the LTR
how long does a rebuild like this take for a shop???
It is all dependent on the parts. If you have everything, it can be done in 1-3 days even with vapor blasting and powder coating.
Hey mike. If I was you I spend the 250 and get a hydraulic clutch. 100 percent worth it.
I agree; they're great; I have one on the Banshee. That may be a mod soon after the build; I'll see what it feels like in this setup.
Brah what's next how to install the valve caps and gas cap???? C'mon man finish this bitch haha love the build and the channel
lmao; trimming tire hairs
All jokes aside I do love your thoroughness and attention to detail.

Man put the dam thang on you can posted them video later

Do you still have the stock bumper that was on the front of it and Would you be willing to sell it lol
It was a Graydon Proline and it is sold; sorry man!
It's OK thank you for answering I just found you and I'm currently building my very 1st 250r also you are very helpful
If you have anything including bolts nuts that are stock that you would be willing to so I would gladly buy them off you
