Hi love you videos! I have a question. I know how much you charge for a drive through arch but how much would you charge for it to be used for a business anniversary indoors?
This looks great & very professional. It would work great with corporates👌👌👌,...Do you present this together with your quote or after the client has booked?... I'm asking coz I'm worried that maybe the potential client could take my proposal details and present it to the next Balloon decorator for a counter-quote but at the same time it is great to allow them to get an idea of what you are able to do for them 😶.... What do you do?
Thank you! I present this before the client pays to encourage them to do business with me. It certainly is possible for clients to send my proposal to another balloon business for a quote. I used to worry alot about competition. In fact, I've seen a competitor execute my proposal lol. It used to drive me me crazy, but I find I do better when I don't worry about competition. Our job is to provide the best service for potential customers. People will respond to exceptional service. :) Go all out.
This is good one, thank you coach. I guess it is about putting your emotions/ego aside for the sake of offering the best customer experience. It can be a tough pill to swallow 🙈 but can help reap good rewards

So happy it was helpful! I actually don’t do contracts. I simply invoice clients for the full amount and include conditions on the invoice.
