I'm a recent listener watching all back at 80 something right now and I have to say it's their chemistry as good friends and their outlook on sht their antics so much funnnnnn but from watching a few mins from recent pods I have to say Pete was always the funniest to me but the thing is Sebastian brings that specific hilarious side of Pete. Sleep apnea affects your heart & other parts of body. I was so tired every day for 10 yrs. Then it got to point I would get out of bed & lay down on sofa I was so exhausted. I was in my 50s when it started. I didn't snore but they tested me for apnea. I had to get a cpap. Wore it first night h I was astonished I felt completely normal next day. I am a nurse h was shocked. Don feel like I am slogging through my day h not tired till bedtime. It was a life saver. The Dr thought I was depressed, took antidepressants & I told Dr I don't feel depressed in my mind, I want to do stuff but feel like my body has zero energy. Finally she ordered sleep test & it changed my life 100%. It takes a week or so to get used to it but then you get to a point you can't imagine sleeping without it. I was a mouth breather, so I had to use paper medical tape to shut my mouth & it helped train me to close my mouth. I keep bottle of water bedside cause it does dry your mouth out & can cause cavities. It has easy travel case too or buy separate travel cpap. Good luck Sebastian!

Doctors love prescribing tests and medicine. It makes them extra money. While at the doctors with my husband, he was telling the doctor different problems he was having. The doctor very calmly said, keep talking I'll keep writing. It's a racket. Take care of yourself, be your own doctor!!!

No butter, just use olive oil for everything, bake with it, cook eggs in it, make toast in it, make your own salad dressing wirh it. and nix the processed meats and smoked meats. Dairy, swap what you can, but i would NOT use coconut oil on anything unless its your face.

I got a high end BiPAP machine a few years back. The air isn’t continuous, and it was still too uncomfortable. Tried a couple different masks. Used it less than a week, and it collected dust until I threw it out. I just deal with being tired all the time and waking up gasping. I’m in shape and very athletic. Just have this weird Central Sleep Apnea
The vanity here is ridiculous. If a sleep apnea protocol is prescribed and if it improves your overall health and well being, not considering it for such vane reasons is abhorrent and a very poor example. I have severe sleep apnea and the "mask" has vastly improved my quality of life, if not even saved it. Let go of the pride bro.
