When he trained with milos 2007 he never trained like this. You have to be careful if a beginner lifts like this they will get hurt unless u have superior joints and ligaments

I've heard this before. I was also told the doing heavy weight exposes your weakness too.
The moment I stopped incline benching 120lbs to look cool and dropped to 30-40lbs and concentrated on form, is when my chest started blowing up
