You got to go back for round 2 with this effect. Maybe do a blue version. It might help it register more as a hologram since we have seen so many times in that color.

Something that might help you capture that rasterized video look: buy a bunch of rolls of skinny masking tape, and after painting the wall black, apply the tape to it in horizontal rows with equal-spaced gaps in between. Paint your graphic over the tape, then peel the tape off. Finish it up with glow effects on top.
Video idea for the next effect to try! :D How about something that looks like a hole in the wall? The challenge would be to make it look like a 3 dimensional hole in the shape of "DOKE", where you can see what's on the other side of the wall through the letter/holes!
For the lines that go over the whole piece you could of used some tape to make the lines super neat and straight. Also I think adding a light glow coming from the ground up would help the hologram effect.

Insanely difficult suggestion: mirror piece, as in letters are mirrors and reflect the "landscape" in front of the wall (and you while painting if you feel super fancy)

I recommend you use a fan cap next time and make sure it's pointed horizontally, would of made this much easier even a tiny pink stencil cap would of worked. You should defiantly get into trying out the fan cap because it really is great for filling in very quickly and creating curvatures which is pretty much like having a calligraphy pen (pilot pen). you are also getting a lot better with negative space management.
To make the lines you could have used masking tape before painting. This way, you can simply take it off and you have black lines across your piece. Good job otherwise, keep going!

You should keep the smokey theme in there. But use some explosion effect. Like in movies. But Just use smokey with some explosion. Like painting a battleground or something. Hope you can use this idea with something.
I have a bunch of ideas that would be realy cool Like a bullet hole or Something Like that, Like a hole effect in The wall. Another one is Like a Pipe effect where you can do a crazy Graffiti with All These Pipes conectet an it Forms your Name. Maybe some Arent conectet and a bid of water comes out or Something Like that

I heard they come with a grey dot, just ordered a 50-pk of molotow never used it before I’ve used flame-blue for the longest time, I’m just wondering how the caps are on the molotow Belton premium.
You can’t win them all... good job trying something new! I like that gradient effect! The interlacing video effect is hard to do, you might just need a lot of masking tape.
