Floyd is the complete package. Mitt work? Nothing like it. He does so much on the mitts that people fail to realize. Timing, intuition, counters, speed, accuracy, coordination, blocking and catching shots, then countering, feints, pivoting, momemtum,.upperbody movement, and so on and so on, all in a continuous rhythm. Going from defense to offense back to defense, back to offense. Kmows his distance, how to time you, fake you out and his punches are damn near flawless. So smooth. So sharp. So poised. Just gets in a zone and it's like poetry in motion. Amazing movement, best footwork out of them all. Sees your movement before you realize that he does, he's already 3 steps ahead of your next move. He breaks you down and takes your best weapons away from you, systematically and psychologically breaking you down, and frustrating you....Master technician in there, subtly deprogramming your whole arsonal against him. And all while measuring you nonstop, basically manipulating the fight, with his ring generalship at the helm of it all. He'll shock the living shit out of you, without any warning, whatsoever. Using your endurance and stamina against you, with tricks that open you up to his gameplan. And he just makes adjustments when need be. He was bred for this sport. That padwork is choreographed the way it is for a profound reason. Study it very carefully and then watch him use it in combat to really appreciate. It's a science. It's a gift. Simply put, phenomenal.
Tyson is THEE example of perfection in all facets of boxing. He polished every movement through endless hours of repetition. I always keep an eye out for real "secrets" within particular skills and talents, but there really aren't any, the secret is massive repetition, boxing, playing an instrument, painting etc... There's no short cuts. Tyson had to have busted his ass for years to attain that level. Remember we were just talking about his mastering a single defensive technique, most others always mention his offense. I'm so happy Mike got more spiritual nowadays.
Dean Winchester and it also depends on what angle you hold the mitts, I could make someone sound like they hit hard when they don’t and depending how small the pads are, some will make the sound louder but this never means someone hits hard it’s all in sparring and in the fight
As true as this is. It’s great that they are in different weight divisions compared to Mike. Plus it’s a big guy moving like that so it just looks more mesmerizing.
Pacquiao has more better mitts workout vids than the one here. Anyway, respect to all these pro boxers. We only see few trainings of them. Their efforts, hard works and dedications continue behind the camera.
Geez mayweather puts those short shots together with ease and those punches he’s throwing aren’t arm punches those are solid shots he’s putting together and the the dude right after him it seemed like the coach was trying to out show his fighter he wanted to look better than the fighter hahahahaha!!
LOL, Floyd. Is he even punching? His dad is just slapping his hands and shoulders while Floyd just raises a hand "Here dad, slap this hand. Good. Now slap this hand. My shoulder is sore, slap my shoulder". Compare that to Vasyl Lomachenko - his dad raises the pad and Vasyl does the work to hit the pad - not the dad. Seen a few of these slappers that like to make the punch sound like it's magic. Freddy Roach has a little bit of slap but Pacman does a lot of the work. I guess for show they add a little pop as you can't simulate the weight of a body with a little slap like that.
Floyd Jr is a 50-0 (undefeated) fighter: champion of five weight classes, winner of an olympic medal, and the highest paid athlete in the history of sports. Who tf are you again?
It's his uncle, Roger, not his dad. Your comment reveals your lack of understanding. He's practicing timing, countering, and reflexes; especially, the counter right, which you refer to as the "slap" to the lead shoulder. Listen to Virgil Hunter's breakdown of Mayweather's mitt routine. You can find it on TH-cam.

Kevin Rooney you mean?
@@QUESTFORCERTAINTY1 my dad fought on the same card as him 3 times
Ronney was a tough sob his hands won't be hurting.
@@demanso1 I don’t care how tuff you are If Mike missed one punch he would be knocked out
Bruh look at how mike throw his whole body in every single punch. His fluidity is crazy

Tyson's trainer is like "Dude, I'm relief staff. Please don't kill me."

Brandon Hayes Speechless...🥊
Brandon Hayes you need to become a boxing analyst
Fanboy write his biography
Was it hard to write while his nuts were hanging on your eyelids🙂.
Just kidding, Floyd is real.
I’ve never seen Floyd fight the way he trains on the pads
Tony Ferguson the type of dude to hold pads for his coach
He's done
That’s Floyd
I know this is common knowledge but man…. Mike Tyson is monster
Nicholas Walters trainer should start fighting
LOL as soon as I read this comment, the clip came up and I saw exactly what you meant.
Great video. Tysons head movment for a heavyweight was crazy.
Tyson is unreal. If he misses and hits trainer, you in hospital.
Holy shit Mike Tyson murdered those pads!
2:11 Rip roger mayweather
Hands down Tyson had the best footage
That head movement from tyson is pretty ridiculous
its all in the legs

@@3373-g8z He talks on his podcast of how his training took a tremendous toll on his back.
I’ve always been a fan of Emanuel stewards mitt work. RIP
Dam Walters must owe his mitt man some money 😂
Listen to the density in Mikey Garcia’s shots. Good lord that’s power
Sound ≠ power. It might be because the mic's quality or the mic is closer to him.
Dean Winchester do you see the amount you people are there and how big the gym is
it's the pad's quality trust me.

Tyson they did it right awesome work and precision!! everyone else the trainers are slapping the fighter gloves.

Poor ronie man the power that mike puts in those punches must of dislocated ronies arms several times
Mayweather looks like hes just doing an overcomplicated handshake

They needed bigger mitts for Tyson wit extra padding. That nigga was a beast.

AB is a beast in pads ;)
Name of the song 2:42?
who was the fighter amd trainer right after mayweather?
The most of these trainer's with the mits are doing the most work lol
At first I thought Klitschiko was rocking his coach lol
Was Klitschko hitting his trainer?
Danny Garcia looks kind of quick with his punches but doesn’t really show that in his fights in my opinion.
All slap today lol
Damn Kevin Rooney’s hands must hurt after that.
Nick Walters and Mike Tyson were the best ones.
Damm I like this vasyl with the short rocket shoes lol
He is on special Ukrainian air skates
Were is Domanic ingle,s Superior pad work . He is king , unique in every way possible . Unreal .?
GGG y Canelo son fuera de serie
it would take a lot of courage to be Tyson’s trainer😂
felt like Klitchkos trainer ate a few with his face
Geez mayweather puts those short shots together with ease and those punches he’s throwing aren’t arm punches those are solid shots he’s putting together and the the dude right after him it seemed like the coach was trying to out show his fighter he wanted to look better than the fighter hahahahaha!!
Freddie Roach is AMAZING
Tyson speed
Your playing with fire if your holding pads for tyson 😂
Mikey Garcia so clean
Floyd mayweather and canelo had the best mitt work in my opinion

Hit full! Only hurt actual opponent.
GGG
2:40 WHAT THE FUCK IS THE SHIT!
I thought Klitschko was punching manny
As incredible as it was, I found Broner's padding to be the best kk😄
Here
Why are the coaches are slamming their fighters hand back hard for 🤨🤨🤨 ain't they suppose to catch the punches???

TheOriginalMakaaka you don’t know shit about boxing stfu 😂
Oscar The shark slayer U dont know shit about boxing if you really think that mayweather padwork is better than the mayority of boxers padwork
His padwork is good. Accuracy and timing he is practicing

GGG ALGA
Nicholas Walters was a great fighter! But he only fight once a year.. unfair!
before Lomachenko met
Walter hasnt fought sence
Tony Ferguson the type of guy to head kick his coach while he’s holding pads
canelo is best 🥊🔥 Power
Thurman sounds like a barking dog
golovkin trainer looks like his to slow boring and what was that up cuts messed up
you see like a few seconds now you think you know how he trains lol
Mike Tyson was a monster but trash on mitts
drug boy canelo
no disrespect to broner, but his mitts workout is a joke
