household amount tho, so assuming she has at least 1 roommate, her salary is probably 7k+

but even if she earns ~15k, it's not considered statistically ultra unlikely. she's 34 years old and that was outside city hall mrt lol.
my directors at a trashy big 4 are also around 34 and would also make close to 15k.
1/3 seems justifiable until you think about how that's a return business class flight to Europe every month. 🤯
In this high interest rate environment, if really have to own a property, take max 50% loan, and pay instalments in cash. Else, renting is really a better option if isn't too high.
I bought a small singles flat in full at $147,000 in 2018..no loan.
Many redundant questions with obvious answers
Where and what is the substance of this video? This video is as good as going around asking what brand and how much cash they have in their wallet, end of story.
Rental and mortage, these are 2 seperate things. On the surface, one entails a substantial deposit and downpayment to alleviate mortgage while the other is purely rental cost.
A more informative approach is not only asking about how much they pay for their mortgage or rental (this proves nothing, except them showing off how much they earn indirectly, like the 4.7k 1/3 salary, pft). You need to explicitly include the location, size, deposit, amenities, etc to truly explore and substantiate the true value of their mortage and rental.
Otherwise this video literally shares nothing.
