Thank you for testing Haunting Ground! It runs so well and looks just as creepy and fun to play on handheld as It was on PS2. Can It be pushed beyond native resolution on the retroid 3+?
Upscaling is outside my scope, I'm only concerned about getting games to run at a playable level. But it's simple enough to try for users, just follow along my settings and set it to a higher res. BTW they say that the RP3+ maxes out at 1.5x resolution for PS2 games.
@@TheGamingGeekNet Thanks for your feedback. I'm looking around for a good handheld below 250$ to play some PS2 games and It looks like the 3+ can do the job for the games I like. Native resolution is fine, upscaling is a bonus as long as It doesn't lag too much.
It should be. I'm using v1.4-3060, it was the last official release prior to the dev dropping support. I heard the Playstore version isn't as good and has ads now.
That was the discussion, that they were aware. But I don't have any direct contact with Retroid and it's taken a while since their last firmware update. Doing the sleep mode trick isn't too much of a hassle for me so I've stopped checking the issue.

To be honest, PS2 games look so good, I don't mind playing them at 1x resolution.
