When playing three notes per string going down a scale, it feels natural for me to use fingers in the 3,2,1 (ring, middle, index) order, but do you play in the order 1,2,3 when playing three notes going up? All examples given in this video was in the 3,2,1 order, so I was wondering. For me, playing in the 3,2,1 order when playing a scale up is mentally challenging because the left fingers move in the opposite direction and I do 1,2,3 but it's not as effective as the other order.
That double finger plucking - You're a genius. A very hard working genius :). Cool selection of songs in there too. Some of the most badass bass lines of yours. Great!
Now that I have watched those parts back several times, I can see that it is almost certainly the motion of the tap and pull off. However, my idea that it adds character to the notes is valid.
Felipe how do you keep track of the 1s when you’re going so fast? Whenever I go above a certain sleep I lose track which finger is landing on 1s 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I tend to think in groups of 3 over 4. I have an older video in the channel where I explain this concept. Trying to rationalize every 1 in higher speeds doesn't work for me at all
@@FelipeAndreoliBass ah so you go thru 3 fingers but only count 1 right? For the longest time I was certain all y’all bass beasts have a micro computer installed in the brain so you can count at high speed lol

Infelizmente não estou podendo nem tentar fazer pois, devido a falta de aquecimento/alongamento ao tocar durante este período da pandemia, acabei adquirindo uma forte dor na mão esquerda. Espero que eu consiga voltar a tocar.

When you were tapping, were you intentionally adding small bends in some notes? It appeared as you were in slow playback.
