If Elon wanted to help cut funding, all he had to do was review the federal budget, advise on adjustments, and ensure they were implemented. Gaining access to sensitive information about Americans, sst#, Tax info, bank accounts tied to income tax, etc. When it's all said and done, China and Russia will probably have that information
