13,172 original miles. Actual miles is branded on the titles. 2 owners most of it's life. We have the original window sticker and manuals. $2,000 in receipts for recent mechanical maintenance. It functions like new.
EXTERIOR: The body looks pristine, I don't see a dent, wave or blister anywhere. It is absolutely straight and the panels fit perfectly square and flush. The paint is polished out very smooth and glossy. I cannot find any signs that it has been repainted but it is almost to good to be original. In either case it is pristine. All the chrome is bright- bumpers, headlight bezels, door handles and pop up gas cap. The lenses, rubber bumper tips, glass are excellent. The door jambs are super clean, the latches are still shiny. The top is in excellent condition and so is the boot that covers it. This car came with the optional tonneau cover which is also like new. The tires are the original Michelin redlines. The original rally style wheels are excellent.
INTERIOR: The interior is an outstanding condition. When I sat in the car I became completely convinced it is actual miles. It's not showing any wear or abuse. The entire dash area is mint including the walnut, full set of Smiths gauges, the knobs, heater controls, factory radio etc. The steering wheel is mint. Nothing is cracked, worn or even faded. The carpet is in mint condition, has sewn and bound edges. The seat upholstery is like new. Some of the foam cushions have disintegrated. The door panels are mint.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The motor compartment is all original and in very nice shape. The 6 cylinder motor runs as quiet and smooth as can be. It has dual carbs. Every component, wire, bracket etc is proper. The metal is excellent and the original paint is real nice. It features power brakes.

I used to have a Triumph Spitfire back in High School and I always wanted one of the TR3'S. SWEET RIDE!
Hi Jay. Well the years tumbled back when l saw this . My late brother had the identical car brand new in 1973 . But with the fuel Injection (uk) . He would let me regularly drive it. A guaranteed crumpet catchet ! They are strombergs Jay . It is strong money , but the condition demands that price. I'm restoring a '69 and mine is in the "normal " condition ....a rusty old bucket ! Thanks Jay.
Great little sports car Jay. This is mint!
Looks completely original... Gorgeous example.
We'll be able to tell the real automotive junkies from others by the views and comments. This is an amazing example. It will make someone extremely happy. Thanks Jay.
Thank you! 😎👍
I had that very same year and colour in about 1980. That woulda made it only 6 years old, and the poor thing was already a rust bucket! This thing brings back alotta memories. I LOVE it! ♥️
Wow,I purchased a brand new TR 6 In 1973 for $3900.00 from Southwest imports in Oak Lawn.. it was a great reliable fun car!
Pretty close to what this was new, $4800.00.
Nice car.
The league of extraordinay automobiles from the batcave 🦇 🦇 it is a 2'5 ltr 6 cyl 125 hp and with injection it has 155 hp fast it is and silent as a Mouse in slippers 🎶 🎶 music thank you Jay grams 🤩 🤩 USA from volo auto museum
Hi Tom . The early TR6 did produce 150 and by 1973 had dropped to 127 bhp ( Europe only ) Unforunately the US versions all came with Strombergs and put out a measly 90 ! Still a great car . I ' m restoring a very early one for myself (150bhp ) Sure wish mine was in this condition when l bought it ! My late brother had the identical car back in '73 (127bhp) l live across the pond . I haven't forgotten l promised you a Bat mobile but l haven't won the lottery ! 😂😂😂
