My fellow chef, try using kosher salt instead of Maldon. Maldon is a finishing salt and should be used after a steak is cooked, and the salt flavour is less powerful then your normal salt, try kosher salt for seasoning and Maldon for finishing!! Happy cooking

You are using the right pan for cooking steaks because did you see those big dark black spots that got stuck on your pan? Yeah, to help you prevent that from happening though I would suggest using a medium size cast iron skillet because it absorbs heat better and cast iron’s gives you a char on it or another pan use can use is a nonstick pan.

Cooking a steak comes down to quality of steak cook time base time butter they're making to how much or what seasoning they're using .. giving low scores on something you cooked is kind of wild only way this video idea works Is if they all personally cook the steak for you
