    So pretty! You are amazing at building teeny tiny things. And your nails always look great! I’m learning a lot from you. Thank you!

    Very nice. I used half of an Easter Egg, rolled a paper tube, cut off a plastic hook from a clothes hanger, and once assembled I painted it ivory and glued it to a cap for the base.

    I like this one now I know what to do with all those coffee sticks and popsicle sticks I had left over from the floor and patio. Thanks :)

    Wow...you not only have an incredible eye for detail, but you demonstrate awe-inspiring ability to replicate it using a variety of materials to carry it off in miniature. I dare say many people who attempt this (or any other of your marvelous tutorials) will hardly be able to achieve the level you've attained. That's not said to discourage anyone...in fact, one should try, and I'm sure they will be many who will be amazed at their accomplishments because of your superb instructions and hints. Kudos...!!!

      True - to a large degree. I'm not sure I could do this - it's too complex for me and too much wood! lol - if I tried this I would make it my way. Some of the mini artists are just way too outta this world - it's amazing though. RLDM is up there with the best of the best. I am going to try to do a sink though - just not this level!

    I am having the hardest time with the trapezoid box.... any helpful suggestions?

    • @tammilawton5659
      @tammilawton5659 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      my issues are with getting the angles cut right and getting them glued together in the right shape

    • @TodaysSpecialMinis
      @TodaysSpecialMinis 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ladies - you might want to make a 45 degree template first before you start cutting wood pieces. If you have your angle template then all the angles will automatically match up and be the same and you won't have to deal with mismatched or different angles. For the trapezoid - maybe you could make a dummy out of polymer clay and bake it and then match the wood to the baked piece. Then you can build all your other measurements around that and they will match the piece you made. Remember - tutorials are just guides - you don't have to follow them to a T. Sometimes YOU might have to make adjustments in size and other things based on your skills, tools, weather and any number of factors. Maybe your wood pieces are bowed or warped or whatev. You might have to come up with a different way to get your trap made. Happy mini-ing!
