I'm liking Gray so far. He's obviously using drugs to test Rachel, to see if she's a sinner or not... but he's also being fairly helpful, allowing her the chance to save Zack's life. It wouldn't surprise me if this episode ends without a violent confrontation with the pastor, especially with the good doctor still alive and kicking.
My thoughts are that Ray is a protector, she saw a murder and shot her gun to stop the murderer, however, she feels bad about taking another life and this makes her believe that she needs someone to kill her so that God won't completely damn her. I see she's a very worried individual, but only for others.

We're just missing one part of life - there's a church level for judgement, a hospital for healing, a back alley for hanging out, jail for punishment, & a graveyard for burial. But no place of birth... that has to be Rachel's level. I still like Zack... but idk if I want to see Rachel regain emotion. I think she would be a little terrifying.
But honestly though, Zack should have used his brain, he could've tricked the dr. and told him that once he kills Rachel, he could give him her eyes, the dr. seems dumb enough to believe that

You essentially become little more than functional zombie. So it make sense to repeat herself. I think it's more for her own sanity than for others. Even other characters took note of it.

So it makes perfect sense that she's come off as repetitious and uninteresting, repetition probably helps her to stay in the same mindset and not stray from behind her flimsy psychological defenses.
Chibi Link End Roll was an absolutely fantastic game. Honestly has to be my all time favorite, it was a super unique experience playing it. I'm glad to see other people talking about it, that game doesn't get enough recognition.

One of the more....redeeming characters similar to Zack. I wonder who's the "boss" of Floor 1. It can't be as simple as walking out the front door once you get there.

I didn't have much to say for the last video, other than Zack's little killing tantrum devalued the character development so far. It didn't completely negate it, but it just made him look like pre-backstory cutscene Zack. Which was just a hastily written character: he came off as the classic hamfisted attempt of starting writers to be edgy. Just kind of: 'No, no, this was going in the good direction, don't ruin it.' Also... PEEPERS.

I have been trying to watch this video for 3 days and I keep getting interrupted before the 5-minite mark hELP. I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH BUT I'VE FALLEN SO BEHIND BECAUSE OF THINGS I CANNOT CONTROL AND NOW I AM LATE
If you're going to have a character speak in Old English, you could at least look up how to write it... there are plenty of guides around. Don't get me wrong, I could forgive the odd mistake since it's a weird way of writing, but there's repeated basic errors all throughout this guy's dialogue. It's like constantly messing up there/they're/their - if you're charging money for the game, it shouldn't happen. I'm assuming this was the work of the translator and not the original writer, but it's still very irritating. Why implement a dialect you don't know how to use? You change the "th" to "st" at the end of a word IF it comes right after a name/pronoun. So it's "How doth the little busy bee" but "Surely, thou dost jest!" You use "thou" when talking TO a person, but "thee" when talking ABOUT them. (Yes, it was apparently felt that these needed different words.) "I have not seen thee in ages. How art thou doing?" Similarly, "thine" is the equivalent of "mine"; it replaces "yours", not "your" - that's "thy". "What belongs to me is mine, but what belongs to thee is thine; t'is no business of mine what thou dost with thy junk!"
It wasn't so bad in the previous parts since there were only a few notes from him, but this part... yeesh. I agree with you, the story and characters are pretty good, but the dialogue definitely needs some polishing up.

The purple filter bothered my eyes a bit, glad that's over. How did Zack's vomit make her wake up from her drugged state though? (Maybe I shouldn't question what happens in someone's drugged mind, but still...)
Kiiko Kyah: I'm not sure if it's too late to anwser this, especially if I don't know yet if it was answered in a video past this.... but the main reason that it woke her up is that the possibly rotting smell (assuming that it would have taken a day or at least hours to get to B-2) sort of countered the sweet smell of the drug. If that makes any sense....

If you're going to have a character speak in Old English, you could at least look up how to write it... there are plenty of guides around. Don't get me wrong, I could forgive the odd mistake since it's a weird way of writing, but there's repeated basic errors all throughout this guy's dialogue. It's like constantly messing up there/they're/their - if you're charging money for the game, it shouldn't happen. I'm assuming this was the work of the translator and not the original writer, but it's still very irritating. Why implement a dialect you don't know how to use?
You change the "th" to "st" at the end of a word IF it comes right after a name/pronoun. So it's "How doth the little busy bee" but "Surely, thou dost jest!"
You use "thou" when talking TO a person, but "thee" when talking ABOUT them. (Yes, it was apparently felt that these needed different words.) "I have not seen thee in ages. How art thou doing?"
Similarly, "thine" is the equivalent of "mine"; it replaces "yours", not "your" - that's "thy". "What belongs to me is mine, but what belongs to thee is thine; t'is no business of mine what thou dost with thy junk!"

It wasn't so bad in the previous parts since there were only a few notes from him, but this part... yeesh. I agree with you, the story and characters are pretty good, but the dialogue definitely needs some polishing up.

Oddly (for modern readers, anyway) it's actually pronounced more like
"dust" - the 'o' sound is very short. Similarly, "doth" is actually more

I don’t know why, but I find Ray hilarious. I picture her as ‘the straight man’ trope, and unintentionally funny (like the ‘I DID say the bars were made of iron...’ comment). Maybe I’m broken lol
