I love love LOVE the idea of using toolboxes for storage! My hubby is a mechanic and I just showed him your setup....he was VERY impressed and said he hopes I'll never need that much storage for makeup! Lol But I do definitely plan on using a toolbox for storage when we get a bigger place and I have room for one. I love that the drawers pull all the way out so that you can see EVERYTHING. I absolutely HATE digging for things. Thanks for sharing!

Nice to see something other than the Alex drawers to store makeup! I was gunna use a craftsman tool box lol I'm more of a tom boy most days but enjoy when I do get a chance to do my makeup!

Katherine Holden because they have an unbelievable capacity, take it from a metals student, those things fit everything. And the drawers are very fluid so they never stick when you pull them out and upset the contents. Plus they're solid steel and belong on casters so they don't look cheap when you do so, they're cheeper than a good set of vanity drawers, and they'd survive being hit with a missile before getting scratched up.
Wow this room is so so awesome, now I see why when you show swatches we get the true color you have the correct lighting to shoot videos. I hate when people try to shoot a video using the light coming in the window and then start apologizing for the poor lighting if it is cloudy outside and that is all you got don't shoot the video. This room has the perfect lighting,storage containers and clean and it is so pretty. You have the perfect room for makeup and videos. I love it the colors are gorgeous! Hugs and Blessings

Loved this! Very Unique Set up, I agreed the studio lights are so bulky, when I film I'm constantly tripping over the cords or getting poked with the umbrella lol but I need them for my photography anyways so might as well use them:D

This is a wonderful room. I love tool boxes. My husband and sons have a race car and we have machine shop on the back of our garage that is full of craftsman and snap on tool boxes. I always thought I would love to have them in my kitchen, but this is even better. I didn't know they came in those colors. I love them. I have a bad back and stand up as well. Love that mirror. So fun to see! I used to do my makeup standing, but recently started sitting at a desk. I'm not sure what I prefer. I'm always adjusting my chair when I do liner or false lashes. I might need to go back to standing.

You are quite right to not have everything from Ikea. Every damned TH-camr has the same thing! they're like sheep following each other. Yes I follow many but room tours are so damned boring! When I saw your thumb nail come up in my recommendations I was like YASSSSSSS!!!!!!!! SOMEONE WITH INDIVIDUALITY!! Tool boxes are great for storage!!
I recently just started watching your vids & its funny how I was in sears the other day & looking at those same exact toolboxes & i was thinking about using them for my makeup storage.
