    Zabardast Mubina ji MashAllah... I loved this.....I am not sure if I have missed it, but how many Kg. Gosht you used ? and for how many people or how many plates this quantity which you made, will be comfortably sufficient for ?

      We had mentioned 1 1/2 kg of meat used

      Sorry for late reply…. Shukran jazakallah Khair…. We had taken 1 1/2 kg mutton which is sufficient for 10 to 15 people ….

      Hi Kareem, we had taken 3 cups of wheat… 1 cup is 240 grams
