Josh it's good to see you handling the camera. You do a nice job on close-ups on the equipment while it's working. You never forget to include your compadres. Actually, what Jon does is not really mulching, it is landscaping. There’s so much more to what the company does than rust running the Fecon over some shrubbery. Also, a lot of people seem surprised that the crew can work so efficiently without him being there. Hey, these are intelligent young men. All John has to do is relay the customer’s orders and the guys know just what to do. They work hard, but they also work smart. Sometimes I think this is more of a family they way they interact. This is what happens when you have a boss who trusts in you and doesn’t have to micromanage every little thing. And hooray for Micah getting on the Bobcat. When you fall off a horse the best thing to do is to get back on. When my goddaughter was learning the Cat CTL she almost crashed it into the porch. Her husband had enough confidence in her to let her try again and now she’s an expert running it.

It would definitely by my luck to come across that missing tooth as soon as I started clearing any more brush.🤗 Mike at DP was telling us about what the fuel consumption was of his Hyundai 210, I think he said roughly 3 to 3 and 1/2 hours to the the gallon, depending on what he does. It would be interesting to know what your Beast does fuel wise and what the difference is depending on what your mulching? You and your team certainly do a good job👍

  • @rodcharlton1889

You just need a cheap metal detector and you should be able to find that tooth within a few minutes depending on how far the machine threw it. Watched a guy us a metal detector when working on a D8 dozer. He lost a really large bolt and ran it over into the dirt. Any signal you find, kick it with your boat and if it's there, it will pop out. No need to dig every signal since you're looking for something that's laying on the ground.

Referring back to the Previous Clips Questions.
Buying, Renting, Leasing , or Acquiring More land, Building space, and Room to GROW. Maybe you have all this before???
Or Perhaps this is EXACTLY What You Need to Hear Loud and CLEAR ( RIGHT NOW ) .
Think of this Upcoming change as a Good thing .
The Chance to really Spread your Wings.
Suggestion: Look for properties where you can then ( Sub-Lease ) Rent or Build to Suit for Tenants / Customers Going Forward.
Better to have Someone Else pay your OVERHEAD on the Basics then you Making someone else rich by doing ( IT ) for them.
The Gist of all this is Quite Simple. Use the Formula ( 2 x ) Bigger then what you currently have for you.
Then Add on At Least another (4x ) that to accommodate those who can Rent / Lease Space from you.
    The Math is Simple.
    YOU are making the Investment.
They Are Paying the Mortage for it all.
Consult others who have ventured down this path.
( IT ) Works if you open your mind to ( IT ) .
Be Upfront, Use your Better Judgement, Never Ever Limit the Options.
EXAMPLE: If you need 100,000 Total square feet for trucks , Equipment, Employee parking, Turn a Round Space, Etc.
The Larger the Piece of REAL Estate you can find.
The Better Square foot Price it will Yield .
Have been apart of this type of activity many times in life.
You can choose to Pay You OWN Way.
Or make the Leap of Faith and Get your New ( FUTURE ) Business model to Pay YOU . What DO You Say ???
Be Responsible and still be Aggressive...
The Rewards Come when the Piece of Mind Wins Out.
