Profile
As Director of Engineering Strategy and Planning within Microsoft's Commerce + Ecosystems (Cloud + AI), Pruitt is responsible for modernizing 1st and 3rd party seller experiences across multiple engineering teams. Previously, Pruitt served as a Principal PM for Microsoft Cloud for Retail Solution Engineering owning the strategy and roadmap. Prior to Microsoft, she has held roles within Fortune 100s, SMBs, and non-profits spanning product management, product marketing, public relations, strategy, and operations. She is also a certified life coach and trained mediator. Pruitt also serves on the board of advisors for Women in Cloud and Career Climb influencing public policy for gender equity and coaching women in technology. Her kindergarten self would tell you she wanted to be a mechanic. That fascination of how things work and creative aspect of problem solving remains today. In her free time, Pruitt enjoys live concerts across all genres and the sense of community music creates.
