A Texas lottery player asks The Watchdog if Pick 3 is rigged

- A 90-year-old Plano man who plays the Texas lottery every day grow suspicious when zeroes keep coming up in the Pick 3. He says that usually doesn't happen. What's going on? DallasNews.com Watchdog Dave Lieber investigates. (Video by Doug Stjernholm)

The problem is they cut it of at a certain hour and don't announce it until an hour later. Meanwhile a super computer (regular computer) runs through all the tickets then produce a different number. If they used the same balls and gave them to a third party under 24 hour servrvalce that is live streamed with security guards at all times eating and drinking and getting relieved for bathroom breaks then I might think its real.

there are better examples of the lottery rigging the system than this attempt. For one,if you have a playslip where you choose a quick pick and on that same slip choose your own numbers, the quick pick(computer) will almost always match at least one or more of the numbers you pre-selected. My theory is not to never duplicate the numbers you choose on other playslips cause if those duplicated numbers don't come up,you lose out on multiple plays. But the machine takes away this preference of mine.Playing a slip with picked numbers should not trip the quick pick to give you those numbers but it does.This is rigged in favor of the lottery system.
The crazy thing is they also play the same numbers 75 times people are wasting their time trying to win lottery save your money the lottery is rigged...
Man, that's really sad. The worst part is that it took him 90 years to figure it out. You guys should've told him about the mainstream media, alternative media, economy, elections and everything else. You know he would've laughed it off anyways.

I can answer that question...YES it is!
I've been playing Pick 3 since the late half of 2007 and I've had hardcore players around me playing basically since it first started. We noticed the changes to Pick 3 back in 2012...when it suddenly became harder and harder to hit. Because people who've been playing a long time after awhile you get a feeling of what numbers are going to come up... now all the sudden playing pick 3 and was like trying to play the Texas Lottery instead of trying to hit $40 it was like you were trying to hit $10 million.
Also the popular saying at the Lottery Commission Center is that the computer picks the numbers... well that's BS especially when you notice a certain set of numbers popping up back to back...and there were times the date of the month was played! Bottom line...Pick 3 has lost a lot of players, it's gone from thousands of players to the hundreds. Playing should be give and take...not take, take and take some more!
I don't know if you have heard of Lotto Report, but they report on the going-ons at the Texas Lottery Commission [also other states] and they reported something I always had a hunch about but they confirmed it.
SOMEHOW at the TLC...I forgot the exact amount...$100,000+ of lottery money wound up missing. How in the HELL do you ''lose'' that much money??? My theory someone pocketed it, but when it was investigated, it wasn't found and one of the Directors wound up quitting.
So you can't tell me they don't do shady s**t at that Lottery Commission office.
As for that....it's going towards ''education'', what schools are *really* getting the money? One who DON'T need it? Cause I know schools in our HISD district STILL suffering AND the streets in the South part of the main freeway have holes the size of 2 yr olds!
That's why I'm going to stop playing I've lost so much and won nothing playing 4 times a day plus the weekend ive had a enough of losing .
Here's a tip. Play the same numbers that drew the day before. 211 and 145 is gonna repeat

I FEEL LIKE IT IS RIGGED! I HAVE PLAYED PICK 3 tons of times over the years and I always piss it by 1 number!!!! It don’t make sense
Definitely feel you, I had 476 straight for 5 times , 473 comes out, next day had 904, 914 comes out.

Or.. how about this? 10 hours before the deadline make 3 different parties draw the numbers in a safe room , no cell phones no outside communicates. Also have a state police in there. Video tape it. Record everything and let the game run for those 10 hours still to the public. See how many people hit then lol.
Hundreds of millions of people all across the country plays the lottery we should definitely hold the lottery comission accountable and start a petition for an investigation. Like you said, let the lottery process be seen to the entire public and recorded and let's see how often people begin to start winning!
Because he can’t calculate they do when they are short they don’t scam they do repeat numbers or if you see odds it’s possible
He is also stupid to play anything other than pick 3 at his age

Through years of researching and practising, i finally find a method of buying pick 3 ,which can boost your odds and eliminate unnesseary numbers.It reqiures lots of statistics and understanding the 49% 65% odds. English is not my first language but i believe I can explain them clearly to sb I can trust.
To predict 10 nums in Three Drums, one actually don't have to pay attenton to them all. just 2 numbers are enough.
