- We are blown away by the beauty of a paradise island in Fiji.
Mantaray Island Resort (Nanuya Balavu Island, Yasawa Islands, Fiji) is a 3 hour boat ride from mainland Nadi. On the island we meet some of the friendliest people in the world and marvel at the fish and coral in the clearest, bluest water we have ever seen.
In this video we share our amazing experiences at Mantaray Island Resort including a sunrise hike and try scuba diving for the first time! The snorkelling was the best we've ever encountered.

Hi Peg and Rob, love your videos! My husband and I are planning to stay at Manta Ray - it will mostly be to relax for a week away. Do you know which bures the resort offers with the most privacy - or which ones are furthest away from the dining area?

Hi Lisavan, so glad enjoyed the video. We were in reef bure 2. We felt that was quite private. There is an outdoor bathroom that backs onto your neighbours bathroom .
The beach bure were terraced so were less private. The tree house bure were dotted along the route to the restaurant. None are too near the restaurant or bars . We would go back to RB2… there are 2 further away but I can remember checking everything out and feeling very happy with our choice. I would have been happy anywhere there though.
