Those are guide vocals you're hearing. The Beatles would often sing a quieter and less refined version of the vocal track to guide their instrumental track before recording the final vocal track once the instrumental was done.
Sheepdog Standing in the rain Bullfrog Doing it again Somekind of happiness is measured out in miles What makes you think you're something special when you smile? Childlike No one understands Jack Knife In his sweaty hands Somekind of innocence is measured out in years You don't know what it's like to listen to your fears You can talk to me You can talk to me You can talk to me If you're lonely you can talk to me Big man walking in the park Wigwam frightened of the dark Somekind of solitude is measured out in you You think you know me but you haven't got a clue You can talk to me You can talk to me You can talk to me If you're lonely you can talk to me Hey bulldog! Hey bulldog! Hey bulldog! Hey bulldog!
Great job with the instrumental but I would prefer the instrumental of the mix on the Yellow Submarine Songtrack album. The piano is much better and the base isn’t as loud.
Interesting how you can only really hear John's voice at two parts in the song (likely do to mic bleed on the piano track), it's like he only sang during that part of the song...

Snicker Doodle Sheesh.... you comment on everything Hey Bulldog related...
The bass line and guitar solo are the busiest in this song. Everything else is good but simple.
0:55 I love this crescendo so much
Sounds more like a middle eight to me.
SO. GROOVY.
Could listen to this all day. Love those chord changes!
When all 4 work together spur of the moment. Magic!
Its actually kind a scary that u can hear voices sometimes when you try to sing along

He's not wrong. The vocals are in his head. Trying so hard not to sing along.🤷♂️
it is a instrumental so it does not have any vocals (did that answer your question)
