In this day things can be difficult for the buyer and the artisans. I had an idea come to me and maybe this could work. For me I like the idea of an unscented soap, I mean it goes with everything. This would also allow me to buy more splashes. Many people love the idea of matching sets, for shave of the day photos and so on. What if you offered an option of new releases with the splash and a lid with the matching label or just a label. So anyone with the new unscented redrock soap could just change out the tops for the shave of the day pics and videos. For me this would really save space on the shelf too.
Pete, I appreciate the transparency regarding the price increase. I know that maintaining the high quality and value of your products is a priority. Inflation is hitting all of us, and I know the artisans like yourself are not immune either. I’m always happy to continue supporting a company that consistently delivers excellence and innovation even if that means paying a little more. I think as long as you continue to deliver premium quality product. Keep up the great work!

Love all your products. Wet-shaving is a passion so spending an extra $3 or 4 dollars over 100 shaves is nothing. Quality over a few bucks. Appreciate your honesty.

Keep up the quality. A few dollars more is for a quality product such as yours is excellent. Plus you always go the extra mile and are one of the few to try and keep international shipping costs to a minimum, which being based in the UK means a lot. On a side note I loved Mogul!
Completely understandable on the price increase, I have more HC&C soaps and splashe's over any other Artisan soaps, and will continue to keep on purchasing your products, purely on the basis that they are some of the very best scented products our there. I have been like a hound dog on a scent to find new sources of the ultra premium fragrance oil so we'll be able to make more when it runs out. We are making very nice progress.

I 100% agree, with the overall combination of amazing scents, art work AND performance HC & C is a top contender! My vote is also as many others to keep using the same fragrance oil to ensure the product stays the same. I think this community will understand why there is a price increase and it's definitely worth the cost!
I would vote for keeping the highest quality fragrance oils. Have you considered reducing the fragrance oils 10-15% on the soaps? IMO - you would still have a great smelling soap, and it would help reduce overall cost, thereby increasing the margin on the soap. I can’t speak for all, but I think most of us would rather have that fragrance oil to wear (in the form of splash and or EDP), than to wash it away as we’re shaving.

John, our 100% Good Stuff Scalp and Face Oil is our new balm. We are working on being able to add fragrances. We could add Qing Long fragrance now by request. We might have enough Back It & Jack It oil for one or two bottles of 100% good stuff.

Price increase is acceptable. Dont mess with the fragrance. I like being able to smell the fragrance long into the work day.
