- Curried everything is the menu as we made Curried Baighan (eggplant) with potato and shrimp, curried chicken and potatoes, and rice for a most nostalgic meal. This is our comfort food.

This is a real nostalgic video. Mama reminds me of my childhood days. There's no shame in reusing your ziplock bags. I use mine multiple times. I also have a margarine container in my rice bin. Good job. Looking forward to the next video.
You’re learning from the boss so am I 🥰. I looked from beginning to end just to scoop up all your grandmother’s great tips. It was a pleasure looking on. All the dishes were spot on. I just eliminate the hot pepper when I cook. However I add a small piece in my Mango Takari😊

Satchin and mama, the food looks delicious. That's the simplest way of cooking. Strange enough, I cook my curry the same way and I find that it tastes better. Mama is right: always wash the rice because rice has naturally occuring arsenic in it. Sending love and blessings to Mama, Satchin, Genille, Asarian, Dinesh, Vidia and the rest of the family 🙏🏻❤️
