Satchin and mama, the food looks delicious. That's the simplest way of cooking. Strange enough, I cook my curry the same way and I find that it tastes better. enjoy the vlogs you and your dad and the rest of the family brings a humbleness down to earth vibes to the viewers, grandma cooking that baigan with shrimp today was how I grew with my mom always mixing some kind of meat with the vegetables to get us to eat it and it was a meal stretcher when you combine both meat and vegetables.

Mama is right. Long time we put shrimps inside to cook same time as the veges and it tastes good
