It would have been helpful if those "blind bolts" had better access or at least some flats on the end of the threaded portion so a mechanic could keep them from rotating during re-installation.
That looks like a fairly low mileage car, it is a mess. Have the quality controls at Stellantis gotten so poor that is what people expect? This is why I was never attracted to Mopars, I didn't like the rust issues on every one I looked at. I thought that was a quality issue and it still continues.
