Does the train run any faster than usual, because I definitely remember that trains within Mong Kok and Ho Man Tin Station runs at a slower speed even without traffic ahead of the train, but after the train passes Prince Edward Station then the speed returns to normal

@@SFsRailDepot SMRT cannot do this for train service as it will inconvenience commuters. But only during F1, LTA temporarily suspended the ETA for diverted bus services (not NDP).

I don't think the works affected the line speed of that section.

also, WHY IN THE WORLD does the MTR app NOT work for these prince edward trains??
i never got the app to work at all on july 28.
Because MTR also temporarily suspended the ETA for KTL as well, that's why even the screen didn't show the time
