Your carboard organizers, you should strengthen the fronts with tape--preferable duck tape. I used to work in a warehouse for years. They are so weak and are notorious for breaking apart in the front. Especially if you're gunna pull them in and out of your shelving. You'll end up saving a lot of money on replacing them by just giving them a little reinforcement.

In germany the copycat designs are ok as long as you can clearly see a difference to the original. So in my country your design would be ok to use.
