I believe that would depend on how the man raise by a single parent or both parents in the household as a child over the years.
It doesn't matter if he was raised in a 2 parent household or 1 parent household, the fragile ego in men, if not controlled, he is a dangerous species.

How many women are willing to love again even after a broken heart who truly loved a man … we’ve all experienced loss. Everyone needs to know God’s eternal love, love yourself eternally and your neighbor. Men and women need to understand that so they can freely love again.

I think that the difference is that some men love their job, their trade, and it shows through the way they communicate with the clients or customers. They have patience with questions or enquiries. And they will do their job thoroughly, even if it goes over their work hours or lunch breaks..
And then you have the guys who really don't like their jobs, which means they have no passion or patience when a client or customer asks a simple question, or offers a solution.
I feel sorry for those guys, because quite often, they have been through a lot with their bosses or work colleagues or the hardships of working full time etc
