    Since this video is gaining some traction, make sure to ask around to people from all sorts of school, that’s one thing I left out of this video!!

    You're right. I was thinking the same when I had to choose college. I prefer staying in a easy place with no too many people.

    You're a really, really smart man. You'll go very, very far & high in life with that mindset. I really hope my daughters have the same mindset you have when they go to college. The thing is that the NAIA doesn't have Women's ice hockey & my girls are passionate about Ice hockey & can't imagine doing any other sport than Ice hockey. Hopefully, the NAIA will have Ice Hockey by the time they reach College age (which will be 13 years from now).

    If you go to a NAIA school rather than an NCAA school, can you still compete in the same races. (states championships)

    • @reeecemichael
      @reeecemichael  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it’s up to your coaches and athletic directors but if you need/want to race in other races you can!

    Not that I got any NCAA offers (I got multiple NAIA offers), but I would’ve chosen NAIA anyways because I think it credits hard work from high school. Anybody can go to most state schools (which are mainly D1/2 schools), but it’s often harder to get into schools associated in NAIA and it looks a lot better on a resume.
    I had a cumulative GPA of 4.0 in high school and was class rank #1. It does my hard work justice by choosing a private NAIA school that’s harder to get into rather than choosing a NCAA D1/2 or JUCO because almost anyone could get into one of those.

      In case you didn't know, a vast majority of NFL and pro players are absolutely GARBAGE with managing money and often go broke/bankrupt within 3 years after being in the league. So yea, education ALWAYS prevails over athletics.
