    This sweet potato cake was made for a request.
    I like sweet potato cakes, but all sweet potato cakes look the same.
    It was a friendly and cozy decoration, but it seems boring.
    So, I tried to decorate it differently.
    After layering the sweet potato mousse with custard cream and the creme diplomate.
    The outer part is wrapped with a purple soft biscuit and decorated with white chocolate flowers.
    The cake is so delicious! ^^

    Biscuit is made by the chiffon method. So it's soft.
    Don’t bake it at high temperature, so it will come out pretty without any brown color.
    If using the convection oven, it's better to bake at 150℃ for 10 to 12 minutes.

    It's my first video, so it's a bit ugly and annoying to see. But It has a lot of information.

    Put Sweet potatoes in a steamer and steamed for 25 ~30 minutes.
    And after cooling, I squeezed it when still lukewarm.
    You can also wrap it in foil and bake in the oven.
    I think the boiled sweet potato is too wet.
    Ingredients
    ♥ ︎Genoise (15cm)
    63g cake flour
    63g sugar
    2 eggs
    27g milk
    14g butter
    5g corn syrup
    3g vanilla Extract
    ♥ ︎Custard Cream(pastry cream)
    3 egg Yolk
    65g sugar
    25g plain flour
    10g butter
    280g milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or 2/3 vanilla bean.
    ♥ Sweet potato mousse
    320g Steamed Sweet Potato
    180g Custard Cream
    70g heavy cream
    12g sugar
    ♥ ︎Creme diplomate
    100g custard cream
    140g heavy cream
    11g sugar
    4g powder gelatin + 20g cold water (or 4g leaf gelatin soaked in cold water)
    ♥ ︎Biscuit
    2 egg yolks
    10g sugar
    20g milk
    20g vegetable oil
    40g cake flour
    2 egg whites
    40g sugar
    Purple and blue food coloring.
    Bake at 160℃ for 10minutes.

    Hi, I did exactly same executions as you tutor us but a bit different... after steamed my sweet potatoes, I peeled them to get a smooth pale paste, then in this batter, later I added a little of gelatin for later, when I cut the cake, the piece came out properly. So it looked very 👍 and the taste is a little different than usual but very nice. I loved it , thank you ☺️

    우와ㅠ 고구마케이크 진짜 좋아하는데ㅠ 제가 42L 위즈웰오븐을 쓰는데 소모전력이 너무 많아서인지 누전이 되어서 오븐을 키기만 하면 거실 불이 꺼져요ㅋㅋㅋ 전에는 괜찮았는데ㅋㅋ 거실이 전기를 가장 많이 사용해서라는군요.... 사실은 아직도 왜 이러는지 모르겠어요ㅋㅋ 솔직히 1800w면 엄청 많이 소모하는 거니까요ㅋㅋ 쨋든 그래서 오븐을 못쓰고 있어요ㅋㅋㅋ 나중에 다시 오븐을 쓸 수 있게 되면 꼭 만들어볼께요! (혹시 에어프라이어로는 안돼겠죠...?)

    조꽁드님의 케익은 언제나 눈으로 먼저 먹고 집에서 꼭 한번 만들어봐야지 라는 생각이 들어요. 오늘도 자세한 레시피 넘 감사해요~ 😊☺️❤️ 저기 더 보기 제누와즈 재료란에 계란이 2g이라고 적혀있는데요, 이게 계란 노른자 2개가 들어가는 게 맞나요?

    유리무스틀이 아주 유용해보이는데 혹시 브랜드나 구입처를 알 수 있을까요? 스텐으로 만들어진것만 봤는데 케잌 안을 과일로 채울때 밖에서 잘 보이니 딱 좋을듯 해요.
    좋은 영상 감사하구요. 다른 기본적인걸 배울 수 있는 영상들도 정말 좋아요.

    Iam from India. My heartfelt wishes to you. Want to know the taste immediately but how I dont know. Your vessles ,mixer and stove all are very nice. Even the recording of sound picture and list of ingredients shown on screen are very superb
