@AsnakeSinesibhat I said behind the scenes. The stunt crew is from Australia, I believe. I met them in a bar in orlando near Disney. They showed it to me on their phone
Tom Cruise just keeps raising the bar to next levels & this movie will be darn amazing can't believe its going to be 29 years old since this franchise started, the cinema owes a ton to Tom Cruise and for sure he will go out with a blast with this one.
Can’t wait. Love this series. I remember seeing the first one when I was 10 years old with my mom and dad at the theatre. I loved it so much. It is great to see the series continue for so long and continually raise the bar.
The more I watch the trailer the more I love it. There are so many franchise surprises in there, I think it ties it all up for an Ethan / Benji death. The knife from MI:1 and when he fights the man with the knife in this trailer - he pins his arm drawing attention to the knife - suggests a group / syndicate of people who use the same weapon. The biggest easter egg is the Rabbit's foot from MI:III, you never see him retrieve it in the the movie, but in this trailer he grabs it! Fantastic! I imagine there will be a few franchise gems, just like in Bond, that take you back to the good 'ol mission days. Looking forward to fututre trailers and the film itself next year. Thanks for the reaction video. :)
My cousin used to really like the Mission: Impossible franchise. No idea why he loved MI2 but most of all, we love the Ethan Hunt character and the franchise as a whole. I'm definitely seeing this when it comes out. It's going to be an emotional one, but i cannot wait.
I really don’t want Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) to die in this. I really wish & hope that he survived. Hopefully this film will finally do well in the Box Office since part 1 didn’t do well do to the Writers’ Strikes, and of course, the Barbenheimer. Even though it probably won’t get a $1B Box Office, I really want it to get a $700M in the box office though, and give the film a 3hrs run-time.
This is effectively Part 2. It is NOT the last ever MI. Paramount are just promoting it this way to get bums on seats as the last one didn't do as well and writers strike increased the cost of this one. Can't wait for this! The quality of MI films has stayed very high
I'm a huge fan of this franchise, so this is obviously one of my most anticipated movies of next year. I just hope the marketing doesn't focus so heavily on one major stunt like the previous one did. I think that contributed to it's underperformance in addition to Barbenheimer. They need to focus more on the characters, story, and various action scenes.
I remember years ago they said Dead Reckoming Part II was going to the be the final Mission: Impossible movie (with Tom Cruise). They did say the ending of part II was changed after 'No Time to Die' came out. This lead me to believe that Hunt might have been killed off. But I do see this as Tom's final movie (for now) with someone new taking over the lead. Tom can pop in after a few movies with the new lead. The title change was due to the fact 'Part I' was a global blockbuster as they were expecting. They didn't want to call this one 'Part II' in case folks felt they didn't see part I and might skip this one. I believe this movie is opening the same day as Disney 'Lilo & Stitch.' But I'll be in the theater opening weekend to see The Final Reckoning.
Mission: Impossible: Run Ethan…RUN 😏 First, I loved the trailer! I’m disappointed if this is the last one because I always thought they could keep going. Especially since they introduced Atwell’s, Pom, & it looks like Greg Davis character has joined the IMF as well. Plus I swore I read in an interview that McQuarrie/Cruise were open to the possibility of doing more. Lastly, if I’m just going by the trailer to me they’re insinuating that Luther will be the one making the sacrifice/killed off. Either way I love the franchise and I hope it’s not the final film all be it the title says otherwise.
MI films are now reliably excellent. So I really am looking forward to it. It will be a bummer if it is genuinely the last film, as the advertising is indicating, but 8 films is a hell of a series.
It looks great and I’m definitely in the theater for this one. I do wish there was a little more cleverness and espionage in the last one but it was great. Mission Impossible is to me what Bond was to my dad. Can’t wait for this one in IMAX!
IMO, MI7's box office didn't do well because it was released the week right before Oppenheimer/Barbie. It lost all of its IMAX screens within a week or so. I'm hoping that MI8's box office does better this time for future installments, with or without Tom Cruise. Love this film series!
How do you make a Superman trailer look more exciting then that, good luck James Gunn! Although I think he will deliver something almost as exciting! Man of Steel is still one of the beet trailers to this day no matter how you feel about the film.
I thought this looked freaking awesome. Everything just looks super crisp and cohesive in this trailer, and I feel like that was lacking a bit in dead reckoning.
I'll definitely watch this Final MI, but either I'm becoming numb to the death defying stunts Cruise does or I'm tempered by this just being more of an announcement "teaser" trailer than a full "get the gist" trailer. Again, I'll be watching it either way.
I think the trailer really would have benefited off of a very eerie and dark feeling of the threat of AI and what we're all most likely up against in the near future. We'll wish we really did have an Eathan Hunt. 😐
didn’t love dead reckoning, felt super messy and lacked the kinetic flow of Fallout, also thought making the villain a robot and some guy we’d never met was strange when they went through the effort of bringing back Henry Czerny - here’s hoping they took their time to reevaluate some things and give us a crackin finale
Kristian I hope you also give Joker 2 a second shot. I think you’ll realize just how good of a film it is upon a second viewing. A chance to meet the movie on its own terms now that you’ve seen it once and understand what it is. You may just be surprised. 😉
I tend to be one of those people that will hope a trailer doesn’t give away the whole movie and I think with this one they could’ve left out that stuff with Ving Rhames. I think they teased his characters potential future a little too much. Besides that it’s an incredibly well made trailer.😅
The reason people didn’t show up for the last movie is that a) the delays, and b) the trailers gave away too much. They shouldn’t release any more info about it, no more trailers, no more specials showing how the stunts were done.
Yeah, this movie needs to pull it together, I feel like. Dead Reckoning felt cool and all but it was a setup without payoff in terms of story. 8 needs to be not just pretty.
I'm looking forward to this next movie, but I did have character and story issues with "Dead Reckoning, Part One". I hope "The Final Reckoning" fixes my problems.
Epic trailer! This is only a "teaser"?? At @2:03 is that the "Rabbit's Foot" from MI:3? It looks like a de-aged Ethan Hunt. I read a leak that this movie ties in with the third movie (RIP Philip Seymour Hoffman. Best villain of the MI franchise).
Since it's the last one, maybe they do kill him off. Probably like Dark Knight Rises where he saves everyone and everyone knows he saved everyone. But I do hope that he gets to live his life with Julia somehow, that man deserves that.
It's tough when you had Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Sean Harris as great villains. Never been outright disappointed from an MI film, and this looks like an MI film. Plus who doesn't at least like one Tom Cruise movie? If you don't have one, don't you have some kids to yell at to get off your lawn?
Looks incredible! For me, Dead Reckoning pt. 1 was pretty disappointing for your exact reasons stated. Could have also been that I thought films 4, 5 and 6 were some of the best action movies made, with Fallout being an action movie masterpiece. Hope they knock this out of the park
I've been a opening day fan of the franchise going back to "ghost protocol". For some reason the last movie was forgettable. Didn't hate it, but it didnt "stay" with me like the other ones did. I'll still be seeing it though. Gotta finish the storyline.
They cant kill Ethan hunt? I think it is a possibility, he is a character that would sacrifice himself, or at least make it seem like he did until the final scene of the movie.
That plane sequence looks INSANE. I’m so ready for this movie.
I saw the full behind the scenes from the stunt team who did it with Tom Cruise. It's amazing.
The plane sequence was shot in South Africa.
@AsnakeSinesibhat I said behind the scenes. The stunt crew is from Australia, I believe. I met them in a bar in orlando near Disney. They showed it to me on their phone

Much more technical and difficult than the Rogue Nation one, and the cinematography is stunning.
I'm so ready for this movie. I really hope the people show up for this, more so than the last one.
+colinmatzkows5839
Considering this is the last one with Tom Cruise, they definitely will
Same.
Tom Cruise has delivered us something very special with these Mission Impossible films. ✌️❤️
Tom Cruise just keeps raising the bar to next levels & this movie will be darn amazing can't believe its going to be 29 years old since this franchise started, the cinema owes a ton to Tom Cruise and for sure he will go out with a blast with this one.

Director: let's use CGI
Tom: I am CGI (Cruise going insane)
saw this exact same comment on the trailer
It's amazing Tom and I are the same age , I can hardly walk 3 miles and hes still running like he was in High School😂
Having the money for stem cell therapy, top of the line foods, doctors, dieticians, trainers, etc. will do that.
@@therevolutionwillnotbeyoutubed Or how about he puts in the work that most people are too lazy to.
Hard to believe this is the last mission impossible movie.
My cousin used to really like the Mission: Impossible franchise. No idea why he loved MI2 but most of all, we love the Ethan Hunt character and the franchise as a whole. I'm definitely seeing this when it comes out. It's going to be an emotional one, but i cannot wait.
MI2 is a fun movie.
I really don’t want Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) to die in this. I really wish & hope that he survived. Mark my words, this movie will be one of the last blockbuster in cinema history.
This and secret wars maybe
Nah
Favorite part about this trailer is the same about Maverick, the visuals are stunning.
Mission Impossible 5, 1, & 4 are the best MI films. Everything else is good and okay
I agree. But I would also just add 3 to that list.
Pumped for this movie. I think Ethan Hunt is going to meet his end. He sacrifices himself to save the world.
This film looks absolutely so crisp! I love it ❤
Visually it feels similar to No Time To Die
I wasn't a huge fan of the first two movies but from MI:III on, I've loved them all, looking forward to this one!
The "Top Gun Guy" is back!
Part 1 was really good like all the MI movies. Just came out at wrong time.
The trailer is fucking awesome. Im so pumped, the movie looks stunning.
Yesssss!!! I am so ready for this one! One of the actors from my film is in it, and I am super excited for her!! Let's Go!!
James Bond in 2022, Jack Ryan in 2023, Ethan Hunt in 2025. All our childhood spy-heroes retiring one after the other.
"Tom Cruise is back to jump off stuff" 🤣
Plot twist all of Ethan’s past team is alive n exposes the organisation
I would really love it if they reboot Mission Impossicble and have Tom Cruise cameo at the end as the new IMF director.
I can see Tom Cruise 10 years from now with Grey hair doing one more film. I doubt this the last but looks great
I well miss this franchise
I remember years ago they said Dead Reckoming Part II was going to the be the final Mission: Impossible movie (with Tom Cruise). Looks EPIC!
"One last time, I don't like that" HAHA.. cmon we know they will come back!
May will be Thunderbolts, Mission Impossible and Lilo Stitch
For a teaser, it’s perfect. There will be a longer one eventually. The MI trailers are always great bc they give you just enough, but not too much.
run tommy run!
The music🔥
So ready for this!!!
After the backlash of what they did to James Bond in the last movie there ain't no way their gonna kill off Ethan Hunt.
Best running franchise running right now. Brilliant trailer
It looks so damn awesome
This looks gripping I am very excited for this
🎥🍿🎟️🏃😉 All In!
Mission: Impossible: Run Ethan…RUN
😏

I don’t want it to end 🥺
MI films are now reliably excellent. So I really am looking forward to it. It will be a bummer if it is genuinely the last film, as the advertising is indicating, but 8 films is a hell of a series.
Are we finally going to find out what the rabbit’s foot is from MI 3?!?!
Yes, but first we have to find out what was in the Pulp FIction briefcase. 😅
It looks great and I’m definitely in the theater for this one. I do wish there was a little more cleverness and espionage in the last one but it was great. Mission Impossible is to me what Bond was to my dad. Can’t wait for this one in IMAX!
Can’t wait for this
Loved it. I'm already there. 👍🏿👍🏿
Haven't seen any of these movies but this trailer got me good.
I fucking LOVE TOM CRUISE!
Can't wait
My favorite movie franchise!!!
IMO, MI7's box office didn't do well because it was released the week right before Oppenheimer/Barbie. It lost all of its IMAX screens within a week or so. I'm hoping that MI8's box office does better this time for future installments, with or without Tom Cruise. Love this film series!

Any time ready for MI it's a class ✨
No joke I laughed so hard seeing your face in the thumbnail 10/10
Awesome trailer!
My Body is Ready.
Looks like Rebecca Ferguson underwater giving oxygen to Tom. Can’t be, can it?
Hunt will sacrifice himself to save his team..and/or his wife. I'm calling it.
The dialogue seems painfully clichéd, but the visuals look amazing as always. I'm looking forward to this one
I thought this looked freaking awesome. Everything just looks super crisp and cohesive in this trailer, and I feel like that was lacking a bit in dead reckoning.
He aged backwards 10 years after Covid 🤣 all that unwarranted stress is gone and you can instantly tell from his face 🦾
I'll definitely watch this Final MI, but either I'm becoming numb to the death defying stunts Cruise does or I'm tempered by this just being more of an announcement "teaser" trailer than a full "get the gist" trailer. Again, I'll be watching it either way.
Mission Impossible The Last Run!
Epic

@ ya the last movie has a storyline issue too that might have pushed some people back too they didn’t exactly know what it was about going in
Can't Wait...This is a DAY ONE Viewing!! #MissionImpossible8 #TheFinalReckoning
Yeah, this movie needs to pull it together, I feel like. Dead Reckoning felt cool and all but it was a setup without payoff in terms of story. 8 needs to be not just pretty.

If they can kill off James Bond Ethan Hunt isn’t safe.
I really hope Ethan doesn’t die

Yo, 2025 is going to be insane
Do you think this movie was broken in half and if so after seeing this would it make the previous much better and seen as a whole?
Ethan Hunt will sacrifice for the greater good.
Isn't the thunderbolts film out in may l think it is
I got the last mission impossible film when it was called dead reckoning part 1
Wow movie looks insane ,Holy shit
My excitement is tempered after the nonsense that happened with Ilsa in the previous film.
I'm there in IMAX 70mm opening night
I can’t wait to watch but man I miss Ilsa Faust
Helen from ozark is in this movie I noticed
This is either his last film or he transitions the franchise to Haley Atwell.
If this is the last one it’s going to make a billion dollars lol.
Looks good
Tom cruise is back to jump off stuff... you forgot him running everywhere
I am still angry about Rebecca Ferguson being killed off, and I am praying an old MI twist would be she is still alive.
Hey mate there most be a time jump as Tom's hair is alot longer in this One compared to the last.
What I did not get is why they CGI'd the jump when he did it in real life. It looked way too CGI. Even though it wasn't. So maybe it was just me.
