  • This video explains the negative affects of air in fuel and how FASS will improve your diesel performance. In the 2nd half of this video we actually show you how air and vapor form inside your fuel tank and how FASS works to remove those contaminants.

    G'day from Australia....
I have your dual filtration, lift pump on my LML Silverado.
    It's GREAT.
I'd love to know your thoughts on fitting a fuel cooler please.
I have a Edge CTS3 and one of the PIDS I use is fuel temperature.
Whilst I am not sure where the sensor is it worries me that the temperature is up around 70+degrees Celsius.
That doesn't sound too good to me.
    Regards. Bill Roach.

I don’t know that I’ve ever commented on a video before, but felt compelled to for this one..just too much. Please, do yourself a favor and research how a Diesel engine works, diesel injection timing, etc. This guy might know how to take air out of a fuel line, but knowledgeable on diesels engines he is not. If you want one, go for it, just please don’t expect 10% fuel economy gains and huge performance gains.

The gravity fed line sims the tank bouncing down the road. You drive 100 miles on half a tank with submerged return line you will see foam

Guess my stock lift pump is a better setup then this demonstration because it doesn't piss fuel back in the tank it returns back throw return to bottom of tank

Good product, but you guys seriously need to re-shoot all your "how it works" type videos. Everyone, I've seen, has some bumbling stuttering fool awkwardly stumbling through the "presentation". The production values are awful, with a whole bunch of background noise/static. As someone else pointed out, the flashlight also does not help at all. Its painful to watch. Get a professional presenter and film crew and do it right. While the product is good, the amateurish videos really hurt your overall credibility. I would have liked to link this video to some people who are skeptical of the whole "air in fuel" concept, but I'm afraid it would do more more harm then good, as the poor quality video may just turn them off entirely.

I have always have run my vehicles to low fuel - light on - that's about 10 litres left in the tank and never noticed the vehicle missing. Did you know motor vehicle fuel tanks have baffels in them.

that mock tank also is about 10% fuel left. which is equal to the empty light coming on. how many people are running their tanks that low? would be nice to see a test where the fuel tank is at maybe more around 50%. and then again with a sump return so its not spraying and dropping intot he fuel. all these things prevent air, which makes the FASS system avoidable if this seems to be the real selling feature
